“Great Study Place [during the day-they close at 2PM]. Spacious. Quiet. Clean.Vietnamese Coffee 10/10. Super strong! Coco Loco-Absolutely decadent-coconut flavored, and I tasted a hint of what may be Mexican chocolate abuelita. The two owners are great.Good service. Great pricing, and there's a rewards program!Wish they'd be open later for late-night studiers and maybe a nice cozy/comfy chair here and there could be a nice addition as well.“

“This place is incredible!! The smoothies come with 24 GRAMS of protein and taste amazing! The guy who runs the place was knowledgeable and VERY kind. There's lots of flexible seating inside also. Update: just got the dragon fruit juice and it's the most flavorful juice I've ever had. I'm so impressed with this place!“

“Wow! I really love the chicken. I ordered the Combo #1 which included 2 pieces of chicken and a waffle! The only thing I want to complain about is the waffle - it was thick and fluffy which I appreciated... but it was soggy. I will say, I didn't get to go here in person (my boyfriend picked up for me) so maybe that contributes to the soggy waffle? Would like to try again!“

“Decent tea and boba spot, but very limited on choice of items to buy. However, the tea, boba, and waffles are tasty and reasonably priced. It is located in a convenient spot right off the freeway and near other stores and restaurants. It is easy to get in and out with plenty of parking. Service is good. Will likely be returning.“

“My husband found this place based on the reviews and he was right, really good spot! Don’t be fooled when parking. The restaurant is colorful, the staff super friendly, and the food was delicious. I also noticed how busy the waiting room got, so I’m glad we got here early “

“We had a craving for chicken and waffles and this place didn't disappoint!! Huge serving of fried chicken ( not chicken strips) and perfectly done waffle. We also had an omelette that was tasty...not over cooked and an appropriate amount of cheese and veggies. Service was fast and workers were nice. Great prices for what we had ( enough to take home a whole other meal!) place was clean and nice but because it's in a strip mall, no view of anything except the parking lot, which was ok for us for this meal. We will be making this a regular dining spot!!!“

“The espresso was insanely sweet, rich, and ready almost before I finished asking for it. They also had vegan churro donuts that day.I don't know what the deal is with "Jennifer K" (reviewer below) but the baristas who were there when I went in were very kind and attentive.“
