“A bit of an unpredictable situation. Took my team here for lunch right when location opened at 11am. After our first two orders the system freezes. New associate working his first solo day had to call for support. So in the midst of we were asked to use the kiosk, as we proceeded to use the kiosk the associates shut the whole system down. So we waited for a reboot. Eventually every go there order, I ordered the number 2 bowl which has shrimp in it. But when I opened my food to eat it. I had NO shrimp in my meal. And I received my meal at about 1137. This location is also hiring. A little uniques first visit. Not saying that I wouldn't go back but it raised a yellow flag in my book. Over all was a passable extensive visit.“
“The best marinated poke in all of the tri-valley. As someone born and raised in Hawaii real poke has the fish marinated in the sauce for a while and not just sprayed on and then mix together. The portion sizes are really good and the fried won ton chips or nachos as they call it adds a special touch.“
“Prime Poke provides a sipping hole and a straw hole on the cup cap, along with a generous among of the drink being 40% filled with boba pearls; this is all topped off with the right amount of brown sugar for optimal taste. Also, the staff is very welcoming :)“
“We love this place! Getting a poke bowl here is our main motivation to go to the premium outlet! It’s a 50 minute drive for us but we make sure to stop and eat there regardless of time of the day. The ingredients are way more fresh than the poke bowls we had in south bay, they have more topping options, miso soup os great, and the price is fair.“
“Been here many times over the years and have always left feeling satisfied. The food quality has always been great and very importantly, they don't overcook the meat! I came here for lunch because I ran some errands; and the combo meal really hit the spot. The chicken combo or the seafood one are both delicious!The staff is courteous and professional and service swift. What more to ask for?“
“We recently discovered Kyoto Ramen and will be returning many times over! Each person in our party had something different and we each eyeballed the other's food. The flavors were delicious- high quality and generous servings. The menu is so vast that we are already talking about what we plan to order next time. We took our dinners to go this time but will eat in next time to experience the food. Even the mild ramen broth has a slight kick. This is a great addition to Livermore!!“
