Really good food and service in a building we've seen restaurants come and go in... hopefully Old Mexico will stick around! Lots of TV's around — so fairly informal atmosphere — but otherwise similar to Casa Orozco and the like.
Definitely NOT the service we're used to. New to us waitress was nice enough but seemed like she couldn't be bothered. We weren't asked for drink order, I had to call our across the restaurant to get water refill after server was right by us several times and the server never asked us how our food was or if we needed anything.Food (2 shredded chicken tacos that we wanted a la carte but received combo, and shrimp fajitas) was delicious. We had a group of 45 of us converge in them at the last minute. They were so accommodating. The service was excellent, and the food tasted amazing. It was way less crowded than I would expect for the quality of food and service, which worked out great for us. It was so good that several of us went back the next day before leaving town.The refried beans could be a little thicker, but they taste amazing.
