“Popped in pretty late - about an hour until closing - and the waiter Ty was very nice and helpful. Our favorite dishes were the appetizers - sliced fried plantains with salsa & coco buns with browned butter. Our favorite main dish was the chicken stew. Super flavorful and the sides were fantastic - cabbage, rice with beans, plantains. Very large portions of food served. Will definitely try the oxtail next time!“

“Came for a business lunch for the first time. Was very impressed with the quality of food and the value. I had the steak and the side side of broccoli and cauliflower. Steak was good but the sides were a bit disappointing. I had expected a bit of a kick from the harrisa lime cauliflower but found it to be mostly bland.“

We had the pork chop and 917 burger which were excellent. The Pinot Grigio and old fashioned was 4/5. They have a full bar and made a great whiskey sour with egg white foam. Overall a great experience and great place to bring that special someone who loves cars. You're able to Ventura and observe several Porsche's. I Would definitely come back for lunch!“

“My partner and I came in for breakfast. We had the Quiche and the American Breakfast. The quiche was very good but the fries it came with were not. The bacon that came with the American breakfast had good flavor but was overcooked. We also shared a pancake, we did like the pancake but felt it was a little undercooked. Overall a nice experience, but we expected more from the food. We might try again for other dishes.“

“We were looking for a nice brunch spot, and we came across The Ordinarie. With a 2hr free parking right nearby, we were off to a great start even before arriving at the restaurant. There was no one manning the front, so, we just seated ourselves, and a server approached us soon after. My wife got the Spicy Fried Chicken and Waffles and I indulged on Short Rib Hash. The fried chicken was not so spicy, but it was fried up really well. The crunch from the coating was absolutely crack. And the waffles were made from rye batter that gave it a very unique nutty flavor. The short rib on the hash was melt in your mouth tender and the red wine sauce was deep and flavorful. The crispy onions and fried potatoes paired really nicely with the meat and sauce. Overall, the food was bomb, and I have to give extra points for refilling our drinks without asking. The service was just right; not too much, not too little. All in all, we walked away full and very satisfied. Highly recommended!“

“Phenomenal atmosphere, service, and food! We ordered the fresh kusshi oysters and bread rolls to start. my mom and sister had filets, I enjoyed the coffee rub ribeye. I've had a lot of steaks throughout my life, but this was by the far the best out of ANY steakhouse that I have been to. It was my mom and sisters birthday, and they have never been so pleased at a fine dining restaurant. Thank you to everyone for making it such a special dinner for everyone!“

“Short: Charming café with down to earth people, no frills menu. Staff is friendly & the environment is calming. Dog friendly patio. Long: Parking is abundant in the marina lot. Exterior vibe is boaty lol as the café is tucked away between the Wilmington Marina & surrounded by boats. There are booths & a counter inside but why would you sit inside if the outside is refreshing? Lol There is usually a pup or two on the patio that is generally calm. There are occasions the pups go a little nuts over the birds or ducks around. Lol Yes, there is a small menu for dogs. Staff is friendly, professional, & efficient. Food is simple but good. A couple surprises: the French toast & the menudo. Both are delicious! WC: Key required, separate facilities for ladies & gents.“

“This place is my jam - good food at a good price. I got the pork belly dosirak (basically a bento box). I love having a lot of different options to try in a meal so I was so happy to see this was an option! The pork belly was cooked to perfection and seasoned very well - I barely had to use the sauce they gave for it on the side. We also got the rice cakes, I definitely recommend those too. What really takes this to a 5 star is the warm friendly service from everyone who works there as well as the nice touches such as free instant coffee if you dine in! I can't wait to return. They also have a punch card reward program so you can claim some free food as a loyal customer.“

“We go to The End every month on Wednesdays for King Trivia night. The service there is great! They have good drinks and delicious food! I usually get the Shrimp Pasta and it's never disappointed me. I've also tried the pork belly and caprese salad. Heads up, the caprese comes with crushed croutons and grated carrot which wasn't my bag, but others enjoyed it. I'm always shocked by how few people are dining here. Clean, fun music, plenty of seating.“

It’s not a sit down restaurant, it’s like a collective of restaurants, like a food court but not because there’s only a couple places to sit and eat. You can order food online or at the site and pick up there. I didn’t know it was set up this way so it was confusing when driving there and trying to find it. The building says Daisy on it, you can park and go in.“

The place has a coffee house vibe, great tunes, and beer and wine. I got the chicken pesto sandwich with salad instead of fries. All ingredients are fresh. Standard dressing is balsamic. “This place was awesome. We were visiting the area and decided to stop in for lunch. We had tried to stop in on Saturday but it was packed. So, we on Monday afternoon to take a break from checking out used bookstores. There was only one other table occupied. Our waiter was being trained by another server and they were both great. The atmosphere was cozy, and the food was fantastic. My son said he wished we had one where we're from. I agreed. Definitely glad we stopped in.Dietary restrictions: They are gluten friendly. Be careful if you're gluten sensitive and can handle small amounts of cross contamination. I'm gluten sensitive due to auto-immune disease but I am generally okay with things in a shared fryer. I ordered the fries. Thankfully, our server informed us they toss their fries in flour before frying. That I cannot do. Burgers and sandwiches can be served on gluten free buns.“

“This is a home away from home for Packers fans. The owner has a bunch of team stuff on the walls, a couple of food items from WI (cheese curds!), and the bartender makes a killer old fashioned (Priscilla is awesome). They open up early for Sunday football, and the packers are the game we watch. Great crowd of transplants.“

“This was our first time here. The service was fantastic. We got here for happy hour. The cost of the drinks was a selling point. Got the coconut shrimp for a starter. Very good. I had the chimichurri steak and fries. The chimichurri was a bit spicy but very good. My husband had the lomo saltado made with filet mignon. Both dishes were excellent. The restaurant was comfortable but maybe a little loud. Okay for me but my husband has me repeat myself. I'm used to that. We will be back. Definitely hit the spot.“

“Dined here this evening. We enjoyed some Cocktails to start then ordered Beef Tartare, Shrimp with Veg and Roasted Carrots. Entrees varied from Pasta to Ribeye steak and Burger. All delicious. The Carbonara needed more bacon but that was the only issue. Desserts were great. The Espresso wasn’t hot enough for my guest but overall we enjoyed the evening celebrating a birthday. Will recommend to my friends for sure. Would recommend a reservation as it was very busy by the time we left at 6.30 pm“

They had a decent variety in selection and I think they could have been a little more generous in portions.I had the lobster Mac and cheese . It was creamy, covered with crunchy bread crumbs. That was a decent serving. I had a poke bowl that was full of different flavors, that could have been bigger.Just a heads up, this is not a quiet place. Both a local market and an incredibly good southern inspired restaurant, be prepared to be warmed by the good spirit of true comfort food and energy of the old days... when food took time but every1 chatted away... “After driving by this restaurant several times, we finally decided to stop by and try it. Upon entering, we were greeted by at least 3 staff members and told to find a comfortable spot to eat. Unusual way of saying, "seat yourself". All the available tables were clean and well organized with all the condiments. Our server came to our table and introduced herself and provided us adequate time to review the menu. I saw the San Francisco Burger, so without hesitation I had to try it. Within minutes our server came to our table with our meals. The burger was decent, but lacked something. I think I'm used to the Marie Calendars Frisco Burger because I was anticipating grilled onions and Thousand Island dressing. It was still good, but maybe I've been spoiled by Marie Calendars. While we were dining, the owner of the restaurant hired a painter to decorate the windows for Valentine's Day. It was entertaining to watch him do his work. We'll definitely come back to try their breakfast items, as the staff made our experience enjoyable.“

The weekend brunch is good as it has special entrees although I wish they were open earlier. Free parking and generally not super crowded.“
