These burgers are absolutely delicious. There is not much more that I can say that has not already been said! Classic flavor. ? It's basically a shack in strip mall near echo park. It's stripped down exterior allows them to focus on delivering excellent quality smashburgers. Not too long of a wait, but overall if I'm within 10 min of it. I'm always going to choose to grab a burger and fries. Note parking is a challenge in their tiny parking lot, but worth the effort.
Not really much to say, 5 stars should speak for itself, but damn, love those fries. I think they cook it in tallow like the way mcdonalds used to. The patties have a nice crispiness to the edges and a very savory flavor topped off with good old american cheese. It is indeed pricey, but it may be a good thing so you dont eat it everyday.
