Great staff, clean and helpful. The food feeds your soul! Amazingly flavorful! They have creative eats, like Birria Ramen, while producing simple, classic Birria tacos and other old favorites.
My kid said," you know what sounds good? Birria." Birria is good. Ever tried Birria Ramen? Also good. Cocina Los V. Specializes in Birria in all forms. Best Birria Ramen ever!This place has savory beef birria to start, but they kick it up a notch when the hook up a birria ramen ( ramen is not raw when you get a spoonful like other ones I have seen) not to mention their keto tacos, and queso tacos with an egg. So delicious! We have gotten them to cater our parties and they don't disappoint. Definitely a must try.
