Just got back from vacation in Italy. Love that we have access to Italian products in LA. The food is mostly good. My husband’s pasta was stuck together but that might be a one off. Love the gelato but prefer less sweet and more natural tastes like in Italy. I know they have to accommodate for “American tastes” but some gelato flavors are way too sweet. Customer service is pretty good except a few individuals at both cafes don’t seem like they want to work.
