I'm a huge lover of sushi. I've been to all types of Japanese restaurants, from extremely upscale to a place in your average mall. This sushi is excellent for the price. It's on par with a higher quality restaurant and uses *simple* ingredients and sauces that don't overwhelm the makis. You can really taste the fish. Just north of Pico on Robertson, Minori sits quietly in a corner to an alley where you can find parking at the back. There is not much to the restaurant- it' actually feels a bit run down and old but it's clean and is open all day, so that makes it convenient. They have a big menu - from classic simple sushi/sashimi to fancy combination rolls. Not cheap but as good sushi goes, well priced. 10/10. Minroi has to be one of the best sushi places in all of LA. It's delicious, dependable, and reasonably priced. I've come to this place for several years and I feel like I like it even more every time I come back. They have a ion of options and their sushi tastes amazing A couple of my favorites: Bento box (they call it the lunch box or dinner box) Shrimp tempura roll Beef Udon Salmon tataki roll Rainbow roll Sashimi special - my favorite 5 stars! Delicious! 100% worth it!
