If you are Salvadoran and live outside of LA, K-Town, Pico-Union, it is very hard to find "pan frances"! Sure you can find "bolillo" in many grocery stores but not the pan Frances we Salvi's use. When I found Pacific French Bakery and walked I knew this place was it! Not only do they have Pan Frances that I grew up eating, but an array of Salvadoran products. I love this bakery! The bread was delicious, at reasonable prices. Passed by on my way home from work, therefore it was late, which was why the selection of bread was diminished. But thats my fault. Ill make sure to swing by earlier next time.
