“I was in the mood for a cheese pizza with added pineapple, and this location definitely created a pizza that satisfied my craving! Service was very courteous and I received my pizza within a reasonable amount of time (approximately 20 minutes or so). Obviously this is one of those stop-and-go Pizza Hut locations, so there isn't much to the ambiance, but the employees are definitely doing their job well nonetheless. Five stars for the excellent work. I also highly recommend! :)“
“For the first time i had a bad experience with my pizza, the cheese had a funny taste to it, i called pizza hut back up, they told me to bring it back and they would make me another fresh one. When i picked it up they brought it out to me, and the crew member apologized and said if i had any other issues to bring it back and they would make it right. “We have very good flavor presentation delivered in a timely manner the only problem I had is I have neuropathy so it takes me a long time to punch buttons but I do and I make sure that I check everything that I'm punching so it takes me a while almost 45 minutes to make my order so then you tell me my order is wrong and it's my fault I don't think so also I ordered some cinnamon buns I never had those before they looked good I looked at my order that is in my computer on my phone so I know I ordered them that was the first thing on the top of the list that or I ordered those before I ordered any food but I didn't get my buns so that's why I gave you a four you'll get a five every time cuz that's the only thing that I had a problem with please tell them to give me my buns thank you have a safe day“

“At first, I was going to give a bad review but this Pizza Hut resolved my issue. I ordered 12pc. honey bbq bone-in wings w/personal pan pizza. The 1st delivery was all wrong. I got a 24pc habanero boneless wings...I HATE habanero!!! I called the restaurant and it took me almost 30 minutes to get through. When I finally got through, a very nice person(sorry I forgot his name!)apologized for the mistake and corrected the order. A 2nd delivery person arrived in less than 10 minutes. Food was still hot and fresh. Will definitely order again!“
“Huge kudos to the management at this location. Putting a little law and order to organize and allocate items to ALL its customers. There is currently a one item limit of one toilet paper package, one paper towel package, one wipes per customer with an employee watching. Outside we waited perhaps 10 minutes to enter in a specific line for limited goods. A security guard watched the line. I am happy to see a business caring enough yo make sure we're all getting needed items.“

“Five stars...I know! The other reviews make you nervous. Let me give you my "why" for the 5 stars:Arlene, the person who put the pizza in my hand was amazing!! She was, hands down, the reason I am taking the time out because she deserves to get recognized. Literally the kindest, most thoughtful and accurate delivery driver I have ever come across in 3 decades, Ever! She was professional, respectful of our community rules, and careful not to disturb neighbors. She found our unit in the dark. My food arrived hot and on time. My pizzas were accurate. The toppings were plentiful and the cheese covered the pizza the way it should. In terms of quality, I'm a bit of a pizza snob. I purposely ordered Pizza Hut because someone in our house requested it. I didn't order my favorite small business pizza place in Santa Barbara that I would gladly drive 2 hours to get. It was roughly 11pm on a weekend night and I ordered Pizza Hut. The pizza tasted like good, hot Pizza Hut pizza. So, what I'm saying is, I don't go to Popeye's and expect the food to taste like Granville's. For a chain restaurant, it was good, hot, and cooked fully. The cooks did a great job. I actually noticed that they spread the toppings nicely on all three pizzas and didn't skimp on them. My pizzas pie sizes and portions were on point. The thin and crispy crust with chicken and bell pepper was great and dad could have a cheat day from all the bland food he is stuck eating to keep his health up.I had also called the Pizza Hut store after placing my order online to request a possible adjustment. Guess who answered!?! Someone named Christopher (remember that other review). He was thorough and he was kind. He did not rush me. He agreed to try to make the adjustment for my father and said that it was no trouble. Now my disclaimer: My great-grandmother always told me to be both extremely patient and genuinely kind to the people who make your food. So, I am straightforward when there is problem, but I am veryyyyyy patient and kind....and I treat people the way I would want to be treated if I were in their position---even when a mistake is made. I expect a mistake to be corrected if it ruins my experience, but I also expect humans to be human. So, that's my bias.So, I want to be fully honest about my overall experience with this Pizza Hut for those with a raised eyebrow. We have probably ordered big orders maybe 10 times over the last 5-6 years. About 8 of the 10 orders went perfectly. One mistake was tiny, they forgot the dipping sauce. Then....two or three years ago, was the one time my order got botched. My guess, it was someone new or rushed. I called the next morning. The supervisor wasn't in yet. They took my information and she called me within 15 minutes of starting her shift (yes I was surprised and noticed because they had told me what time she would arrive). She listened to my long story completely and did not rush me. Now, I didn't blame anyone because, when I picked up the order, the staff looked like it might be their first job (and I remember being a teen and fumbling). The supervisor apologized profusely and asked if I wanted her to send an order that morning or if I wanted a credit/comp. I chose the comp and waited a couple months before using it. They got my order correct and it tasted fine when I used the comp. The verdict: I'm a loyal customer as long as the food is decent-to-good, and I keep having these fantastic customer service experiences. Thanks Arlene, Christopher, and the Saturday night staff.“

“This is one of the best Pizza Hut locations that I’ve ever visited! I LOVE PIZZA HUT CHEESE STICKS. To me, there are no better even at the finest Italian eateries, and this is mostly thanks to the seasoning they add to the finished sticks. Since I was a kid, I’ve always just ordered cheese sticks with extra seasoning. Over the many years, I’ve experienced a lot of eye-rolls and annoyed staff who may or may not fulfill the request, or I get extra seasoning but very little cheese, many ways to make the dish less desirable, but for 3-4 visits now, this location is happy to take my special request AND the cheese sticks arrive PERFECTLY covered in cheese, extra seasoning, perfectly cooked and hot!And they’re always so nice! This last delivery the driver had trouble connecting with me, and when I called to inquire about the delivery, they sent me a FRESHLY MADE order. THEY WERE SO NICE AND HELPFUL!! They are renewing my faith in Pizza Hut, which was sorely needed!“

Here they're nice, speedy, make up for their mistakes.They do have a service fee here , doesn't make sense to me , but it's to "battle" the min. “People: Pizza Hut's pizzas taste better than Dominos or Papa Johns in my opinion, which is why "if" I have to splurge, that's where I go. However, knowing that pizza shops charge 5000% markup on their toppings we all need to reconsider their ethics. For example: One jalapeno at Jon's market is about a nickel ea. Yet it only takes 1-2 jalapenos to cover a large pie. Yet Dominos, Pizza Hut, etc.. all charge $3 per topping. Half a handful of olives, handful of thinly sliced mushrooms so they spread further, thinly sliced onions, and jalapenos, and lastly transparent pepperoni because it too has been thinly sliced. So, what do we have here, $1 for all my toppings? However, I have to pay $15 for these toppings making my pizza $32 plus tax, license, service fee, and added California fee.Take my advice? Here it is, buy yourself all of your toppings and a small bag of Mozzarella shredded cheese. Buy yourself a large cheese pizza for $16 and add your own toppings. Then pop it in your own 450° preheated oven for 6-7 minutes and now you have a grand poohbah pizza for $20 as you will have enough left over toppings to make 2 more pies...“

“This place is amazing some of the best sea food I've had in Los Angeles. The Ceviche Mixto is my personal favorite with the cilantro salsa. I could eat here everyday. Also their nopalas chips(which they make themselves for scratch) are to die for with either their salsa or ceviche. Their tacos de pescado is another favorite which I add in with every order. I leave satisfied and full anytime I stop by.“
