Usually when I get coffee there, I get good customer service, but today, I faced a very rude woman. Her name is Ilda. First of all, she was already in a bad mood making cappuccinos for me and this elderly female friend I was helping. My friend was trying to close the lid of her coffee but it kept spilling and I motioned her to leave the cashier area to go to the farther counter so she can fix the problem better, but there were no napkins. This is an excellent bakery. It is located in Gelson's market in Westfield Century City. Gelson's validates parking. Everything here is excellent. I like the sprinkle cookies and the raspberry fingers which are dipped in chocolate and the chocolate fingers which are all chocolate. The princess cake is my family's favorite. It's a green marzipan cake with a white inside. Our second favorite is the chocolate Parisian cake which is a lite chocolate cake. You really can't go wrong...read full review
