“Most charming Italian restaurant in the Southbay! Chef David Slay always gets the best ingredients for freshness and flavors of Italy. The made daily focaccia bread to start is a must! We love the lasagna, chicken piccata and mushroom and fennel pizza!“
“Hi Ruthie! Here's a 5-star review for your favorite Italian restaurant: I absolutely love dining at Nando! The authentic Italian food transports me right back to Italy with every bite. The ambiance is cozy and inviting. The staff is incredibly attentive and welcoming everytime we dine there. I highly recommend trying their gnocchi- it's my favorite item on the menu. Local insider tip - the family style lasagna for takeout is absolutely delicious and incredibly reasonably priced!“
“I can’t say enough about Lido! I personally love the food, atmosphere and staff. I have also had several events in the back patio area, including a monthly Kiwanis meeting, and they are always seamless. Lisa, Carlos, Javier and the rest of the team always make sure everything runs smoothly. If you are just going to dinner or throwing a party this is a great spot!“
“Loved this place. The food was outstanding. Wish I had taken pictures. We got the tomato and burrata salad, wow. We also got the shrimp toast, that was sooo good. For dinner we got the blackened chicken pasta, a crab pasta, the carbonara and the penne with vodka. Everything was hot and delicious!!!! Our server was great too.“
“Brooklyn Brick Oven pizza truly delivers the taste of New York! As a picky connoisseur of authentic New York pizza, I'm thrilled to say this place exceeded my expectations. The pizza was simple and straight to the point, with a perfectly crispy crust. Every bite was a delightful reminder of why New York pizza is renowned worldwide. Highly recommend!“
“We went on March 23, 2024We waited 5 minutes for them to give us a table for 8 people, the waiter was very friendly and bilingual, which I liked because in several restaurants they no longer want to speak in Spanish, the food was delicious, he was quick to serve, there is a refill of salad and certain drinks, a family and cozy atmosphere, even the waiter very kindly took 1 photo of us for which we thank him, excellent day!!!“
“We were going to a different restaurant when we saw Pitfire pizza and changed our mind. We were glad we did. The pizza here was so good. The crust was great. My kids said it was the best barbecue chicken pizza that they have ever had. We also loved garlic knots. The Ranch dressing was awesome. We had our pizza about 20 minutes after we ordered it. We will be back.“
“Been coming to Beach Pizza for a long while, my bro and friend delivered for them. It’s one of the few places that makes me and my pops still want to devour some pizza. The delivery business has picked up with online so it can be busy around dinner but it’s still a good place for a meal. The meatball sub and calzone are also tasty:). Get the “deep dish” if you like extra crust, it's not super deep but quite tasty -- see the first pic with some slices missing.“
“Il Fornaio is Sealy's a good choice. Great food, beautiful ambiance, excellent service and a very nice win selection. We went for dinner, but we also enjoy their happy hour. in addition, we have attended large events in their private rooms. It's just a great venue overall.“
“Recently, I became a fan of Reborn Coffee, a woman-owned gem that's more than just a coffee shop. It's a cozy, inviting space perfect for anyone looking to enjoy a good cup of coffee, find a peaceful spot to work, or just relax.I tried their almond milk coffee, almond croissant, and Nutella croissant. Each was delicious, with the croissants packed full of filling, making every bite a delightful surprise. The coffee was smooth, complementing the pastries perfectly. The atmosphere at Reborn Coffee is laid-back and welcoming, with an interior that makes you feel at home the moment you step inside. It's a great place to unwind or get some work done, thanks to its chill vibe and friendly service. In short, Reborn Coffee offers a fantastic combination of tasty treats, a warm atmosphere, and great service. It's definitely worth a visit for anyone looking for a cozy spot to relax or work.“
“Honestly, I wasn't expecting much but was pleasantly surprised with the NY slice I got! While it's not exactly like a New York slice, it wasn't overly chewy, was foldable while eating, and had an excellent tomato sauce / cheese / pep ratio. It was a little under $7 after tax and tip. There are a few tables outside the shop and it's a great snack to gnaw on while you wait for your laundry to dry next door. Service was excellent and they brought my slice out directly to me. They also had crushed pepper flakes, parmesan, and various dry condiments to put on the pizza. I don't think there's a restroom but most people seem to here for a quick slice and to pick up orders. Parking is easy every time I've been there and they share a lot with two other businesses.“
“Most of the time I get delivery and they deliver very quickly. I order the chicken parm most of the time and it comes with chicken parm covering a full bed of pasta. However the time before today the amount of chicken was a small thin filet set in the middle of the pasta, I was really disappointed and didn’t want to order from them again. But, I was really craving that dish today and thought that they must have different people fixing the food, so I gave them another chance. I was so happy, the entire dish of pasta was covered with nice thick chicken breasts, enough for two meals, hope they continue to earn my five star review“
“Their thin-crust pizzas are good, but the deep-dish pizzas are *really* good. I keep wanting to try something new and deciding to get the Classic Deep Dish again (spinach, roasted garlic, ricotta and mushrooms) -- and normally I don't even like mushrooms!“
“I just found this hole in da wall pizza joint.and it's the bomb, after swimming/surf at da beach myself, wifey, and kids love this spot good hearty pies made to order and for a family of five we eat good at a reasonable price with take-home leftovers.the owner hand tossed the dough while keeping you up on all the local gossip.ok can't say enuff.just a great family place for pizza.checkit out..“
“Decent atmosphere, kinda dark and fairly loud. Food was over all good. The meatballs were good, but nothing crazy. The ricotta wip was a good addition to them and the bread was good and crispy. The mushrooms lasagna was absolutely over powered by the balsamic and wayyyy too sweet. The egg pizza was delicious from the dough to the toppings. The desserts however were best described by my friend as grocery store desserts. Tiramisu was ok, missing half a layer... Strawberry shortcake a hard pass. Neither worth it imo.“
