Marc was friendly and pointed out that the AHAs are their most popular sodas.A personal 7” pizza has 4 slices and it’s intended for just one person. If you’re lactose intolerant, they have Daiya vegan mozzarella cheese that can be substituted for any pizza. The cauliflower gluten free crust and vegan cheese were both so well done that I almost thought they were the real thing! The BBQ Chicken pizza has grilled chicken breasts with a very sweet BBQ sauce and raw red onions that get baked. The cauliflower crust has a little cheese in it, and the other gluten free crust is fully vegan.The Vegan Cobb Salad has crisp romaine lettuce, farro and red rice ancient grains, fresh Hass avocado chunks, crispy chickpeas, roasted cherry tomatoes, artichokes, and red beets, with a white balsamic vinaigrette on the side. The farro is the bacon replacement, and although I missed the egg, it’s a great option if you’re vegan or trying to go more plant based.“

“After visiting Hijo de su Madre several times for their award winning and phenomenal Yucetecan vegan greatness I was quite excited when I saw on their IG they were adding a vegan burger menu. It just launched a few days ago, but is already my favorite burger (got the Phat Hass Burger) in LA and I have had them all. Even more profoundly, they have the best loaded frots I’ve ever had by a landslide! Run don’t walk to try the new menu (will be on the delivery apps soon!) and then keep coming back because everything on the menu is perfection. 5 stars!!!“

“What a great restaurant. The food was delicious from the appetizers, main dishes, deserts and drinks. We were a party of 13 plus 3 under 3 for my wife's birthday. From the moment we arrived, the owner, Fred, met us and made sure we were well cared for, the same care he gave each table. The staff never rushed us and made sure everyone's needs were met including getting the kids orders out quickly while the rest of us celebrated. This is a rare find in today's restaurant world and our whole family looks forward to visiting and dining there soon. Thanks to Fred and his wonderful staff.Kid-friendliness: Our kids ranged from 3 months to 12 years. Except for the 3 month old, the 5 other kids were served quickly so they weren't waiting and melting down when the parents got their dinners. A real plus!“
“This is the best vegan Italian food I've ever had. Caprese salad got the flavors and textures exactly right. Calzone was delicious, and the cacio e pepe was exactly right. Tiramisu was a lovely end to the meal. Since going vegan almost 20 years ago I have never had this kind of authentic food done so well. Atttentive service too.“

If you want to be successful in vegan world, you have to work hard, be a top chef, and be creative in the kitchen.Planta has all that. It has top chefs, pleasant atmosphere, a great location by a marina, and the most that matters is the food taste that is incredibly delicious.I doubt it that their customers are all vegans but customers just keep coming to this restaurant. It really is doesn’t matter if there is no meat nor dairy, it is the food that is incredible. It is not cheap eating here but it seems that it doesn’t matter to most people as they want to get what they pay for.We enjoyed Firecracker Roll, Bang Bang Broccoli, Udon with mushrooms and black truffles, French Toast with blueberry compote, and desserts: banana pudding and big cookie.
