“My son and I popped in for dinner because we were staying close by. We're not vegan, but I am gluten free and we do enjoy vegan options from time to time. We ordered a gluten free pizza to share and I was afraid to eat it because the crust was unlike any gluten free crust I've ever had. I didn't believe it was gluten free. I double checked with the waiter. He assured me it was gluten free. I ate it, but still had my doubts. Haha It was THAT good. I wish we were local so I could have it more often. Their basil lemonade is really good too. We're hoping to visit the area again in the future and will definitely hit up this spot for lunch or dinner.“
“Very large eatery near the beach that offers a healthy choice of food to choose . I wasn’t please that when we walked in the Thin Body Waitress did not look our way or even acknowledge us so we just sat down at a table and flag down the other Short Body Lady who gladly assisted us. Other than that the Food is always good at this location & Long Beach where I go 99% of the time.“
“This place is incredible. I dined here with my vegetarian son twice in five days, but I’m not a vegetarian. I didn’t miss the meat whatsoever. The food was seasoned so deliciously that it was simple to eat healthier. The texture and flavor of their “meat impostors” will trick your palate! My only criticism was the bathroom was not exactly the cleanest! “I got the mushroom carne asada bowl and the hibiscus drink. I’m not vegan but this is one of my favorite restaurants in LA. The owner is lovely. The food is delicious and portions are big! These bowls aren’t just rice and some toppings, it’s a great balance of every ingredient. The drinks are perfectly sweet and refreshing. The seating outside is comfy and relaxed. I recommend this to anyone local or visiting!!! Check them out!“
