“Tive uma experiência maravilhosa no Oakberry de Hermosa. O atendimento foi incrível, an Alex nos recebeu de forma muito acolhedora e simpática, explicou tudo sobre o açaí. Ela também compartilhou suas dicas de toppings favoritos, que foram um grande sucesso. O açaí estava delicioso, e a equipe foi super atenciosa. Definitivamente, um lugar para voltar!“
“TLDR: Small, hip, relaxed outdoor meet up juice/açaí spot with healthy options for everyone- especially Vegans.Reason: mutual meet spot/contact point to meet up with family.Space: it’s small! Very casual. They’ve made it a cute slice of a private paradise with the plants, faux and barriers from the beach breeze. Easy walk from the pier. Not a ton of seating, available.I would not recommend this spot for digital working too much light and I didn’t see anyMenu: Juices, smoothies, and bowls! Great for vegans. You can edit what you’d like as well. I believe toppings are extra.Taste: AMAZING. I was SO satisfied with my order. My experience: the gal working was very sweet and did make an error on my order. I ordered Peanut butter wave bowl and she gave me a Hawaii bowl, but was convinced I ordered the bowl Hawaii. At first didn’t seem to want to help with that, but changed her tune quickly…and for that I go back to 5 stars!Dietary restrictions: Vegan“
“This is the ONLY pizza place in town our family can go to regularly! The 3 of us are Gluten Intolerant and the staff takes special care when prepping and cooking our pizzas, such that we've yet to be tainted! They also have specialty sodas...Boylan Black Cherry, Orange Cream, and Root Beer sodas, as well as, Glass Bottled Coca-Cola, "Heche en Mexico", ALL of which have NO HIGH FRUCTOSE and are also Gluten-FreeDietary restrictions: Their Gluten-Free Crust is FRESH and AMAZING! Be sure to let them know if you eat GF for allergy reasons and they will take special care with your pizza!“
“I got the mushroom carne asada bowl and the hibiscus drink. I’m not vegan but this is one of my favorite restaurants in LA. The owner is lovely. The food is delicious and portions are big! These bowls aren’t just rice and some toppings, it’s a great balance of every ingredient. The drinks are perfectly sweet and refreshing. The seating outside is comfy and relaxed. I recommend this to anyone local or visiting!!! Check them out!“
“My son and I popped in for dinner because we were staying close by. We're not vegan, but I am gluten free and we do enjoy vegan options from time to time. We ordered a gluten free pizza to share and I was afraid to eat it because the crust was unlike any gluten free crust I've ever had. I didn't believe it was gluten free. I double checked with the waiter. He assured me it was gluten free. I ate it, but still had my doubts. Haha It was THAT good. I wish we were local so I could have it more often. Their basil lemonade is really good too. We're hoping to visit the area again in the future and will definitely hit up this spot for lunch or dinner.“
“I have ordered from this place a couple of times just this past week! Everything has been amazing. I'm a vegan chef and I can be picky. But if I could give this place 6 stars I would. Even with delivery the food arrived fresh and amazing.“
“Omg so so so so good. All vegan donuts are fresh and made to order. I appreciate the local ingredients. I was supposed to attach a photo with this review but I ate them all in like 2.5 seconds. Also had the fizz drink and it was *chef's kiss*“
“This had to be our first stop when getting to LA, very close to the airport which was super convenient! Very clean, and delicious options. We got the “Best Sandwich” and it lived up to its name! Lots of fresh juice options, grab and go food items. Love the vibe and the owner is very friendly and welcoming! Highly recommend.“
“Clean, cute, good service, yummy. I got the Bachos which like a Jamaican nachos. I never had Jamaican food to know but I liked it. Salty for me but I don't add salt to anything and the Frito type chips already come that way I think. I got the lentil as my protein, which was like crumbled falafel. The cheese sauce was like a salad dressing texture and flavor. Reminded me of Cesar salad dressing. I think I found a raisin in there and I didn't mind. Would definitely come back. Thanks for feeding this vegan passing by the area.“
“Very good vegan food and also a great selection of gluten free items including dessert.Vegetarian options: Great selection of vegan food. The whole restaurant is vegan.Wheelchair accessibility: No steps and the restroom is wheelchair accessible.“
“Purple protein smoothieSuper cute atmosphere with a clean bathroom (faucet has hot water ?)My smoothie was sooo delicious, tasted amazing but somehow not too much sugar and came in a sick glass jar?!Staff was really nice as I was early afCan’t wait to sit in sometimeDef recommend, from vegan/vegetarian to poke! Everyone can get good healthy food“
“This cozy restaurant has the best Chia Pudding And their Raw Jam Yogurt I've ever had!! You can’t go wrong with any of their items on their menu… they all taste amazing!! A must go location for clean eating, having celiac and wanting to eat organic vegetarian friendly meals, I wish I lived closer to this place… I visit this location every time I’m in town.“
“I really loved the restaurant and it’s food taste. They have buffet and alakat style.I really enjoyed nonveg buffet especially dosa and fish.Biriyani and other foods could be improved. **No taste**Worth for its money and an atmosphere is simply best. You should give a try and give a thumbs up if u like my review.“
“Very large eatery near the beach that offers a healthy choice of food to choose . I wasn’t please that when we walked in the Thin Body Waitress did not look our way or even acknowledge us so we just sat down at a table and flag down the other Short Body Lady who gladly assisted us. Other than that the Food is always good at this location & Long Beach where I go 99% of the time.“
“The baked lobster roll was delicious! We got several rolls and a couple of appetizers and all were so good. We watched the chef make out food right in her little sushi kitchen. Everything was fresh. The price was great too. So many vegan sushi places overcharge for dishes that don’t contain any fish, only vegetables, mushrooms, and tofu, but this place has such reasonable prices. Our bill was $77 for 5 rolls, two apps, and two drinks. The place is small and the eating area is right by the kitchen or the parking lot, but it’s worth it. We will be back for sure!Vegetarian options: Menu is all vegan.Dietary restrictions: Everything is vegan, so we did not worry about making substitutions or cross-contamination“
“The food is great, a vegan take on soul food, but the wait is ridiculous. I've ordered many times hoping the wait improves, and as of current it hasn't. They open at 6pm and for me that is already late to have a meal, but worse I end up getting my order at least 1 1/2 to 2 hrs. after the designated pickup time. I truly hope the best, but I just can't roll with this.“
“The pasta at this restaurant was absolutely delicious! The noodles were perfectly cooked and the sauce was rich and flavorful. The service was also top-notch and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a tasty pasta meal.“
“Instagram brought me here for the breakfast burrito and it did not disappoint. I ordered the sausage breakfast burrito on a GF tortilla because I have to be GF. I am very grateful for that option or else I would not be able to try this burrito. The burrito is LOADED with tater tots, just egg, sausage and a chiptole creama. Although the area you pick up seems sketchy its not. I appreciate what they are doing here and the concept is great. Will def come back but I would suggest a bit more egg in the burrito because the burrito is 80% tots.“

“I was introduced to Oakberry when I went to Rio de Janiero. I was delighted that they had one here!I ordered the acai bowl. It tasted just like the one in Brazil, so it is very consistent. It's so good especially on a hot day. I like to add peanut butter to mine. It's very refreshing. This is at the Howard Hughes center so there is plenty of parking. I believe it's free to park for the first 30 min.“
“Wow! We tried so many different items and everything was excellent. The menu is diverse and all most all of the items are unique to this vegan restaurant. Everything is 100% plant based! Out of everything we had I think my favorite was the side of yams (must try) and the matcha shake! I have attached the menu and the happy hour menu aswell, which has food and drinks at a discount! Convenient location making it not a bad place at all to have some yummy vegan food! They have Habanero sauce you can eat with your food too, definitely recommend trying it!“
“This place is incredible. I dined here with my vegetarian son twice in five days, but I’m not a vegetarian. I didn’t miss the meat whatsoever. The food was seasoned so deliciously that it was simple to eat healthier. The texture and flavor of their “meat impostors” will trick your palate! My only criticism was the bathroom was not exactly the cleanest! Given the quality of the food, this seems like an easy fix!Vegetarian options: Nothing bland here!Parking: Several parking spotsKid-friendliness: Space for childrenWheelchair accessibility: Space for wheelchair or walker“
“Woweeee!!! All I gotta say is FISH TACOS.A 10/10 must for the fish tacos. Battered and GLUTEN FREE. Which is a big one for me. Hard to find fried and gluten free. One of the best fish tacos I’ve had. I’ve had probably everything on this menu and I recommend the playa chicken bowl and the mushroom jalapeño steak quesadillas. But I’m gonna come back soon for those fish tacos.Chips and salsa, guac, and street corn are all incredible sides too. Try them all! Love this place.Great service and friendly.Strawberry basil lemonade is my personal favorite and a go to as well.“
“Wanted a quick bite before a long LAX flight and stumbled across LA Vegan. The area wasn't great, but inside was nice and clean. Very small. The food was amazing, so flavorful and fresh tasting. We got the lunch specials and they came with so much food!! The vegetable soup was full of good veggies, and the orange "chicken" was very crispy. The women who was working was so kind and the food came very quickly. We can't wait to go back next time we are in the area!“
“This is a fantastic hidden gem with rolls that in my opinion rival real sushi. We tried the dragon roll (favorite) treasure roll and crunchy tiger. We appreciated the complex layers of flavor and sauces. The service too was amazing and we felt for a while like we were back in a Kyoto sushi bar. Must visit in LA if you’re looking for unique cuisine.“
“The chicken strips are amazing, the chicken sandwich are amazing. I've had so far the hot honey, mild, and original. I would say that the hot honey would be the best, still need to try the other flavors. The mild was ok, it was more of the seasoning instead of a sauce which was kind of disappointing, but still enjoyable. The fries were decent, but to be fair it would've been better if I would've eaten the fries then and there instead of waiting to get home. Overall, the service is great, I ordered online and as soon as I got there it was ready for pickup. Great vegan chicken spot!“
“Had such a great time stopping by here. Snagged some snacks, an oat milk latte, and the chickpea tuna sandwich which was 10/10! I’ll definitely be back to work in the little back patio area. The plants are a nice ambiance and all the employees were super friendly.“
“Great tasting juices and great staff This was my first time at pressed And Joshua and Emerald made it easy to understand my opinions they exceeded my expectations and delivered outstanding customer service definitely will be returning to pressed. Thanks“

“Best meal I've had in years. Every once in a while you stumble upon a place like this. This hits my sweet spot for a restaurant. Nothing pretentious or fancy for no reason. Just super high quality food, prepared with care and creativity. Every dish we had was excellent. Just the right balance of flavors and textures: not too salty, sweet, or strong. Everything cooked to perfection - fried mushrooms were just cooked enough on the inside but not overcooked, and perfectly crisp on the outside. The kabocha squash was the perfect texture. We loved the chunky cut cucumber dish, unique! Lobster miso ramen was so delicious and creative! Who has ever heard of that? So much I want to learn from this chef. Even the plain brown rice was perfectly prepared. You can taste the quality in the ingredients, probably local and organic. Service was perfect, just attentive enough without ever interrupting. Top 3 most memorable meals I've ever had. I get the sense the chef here could have Michelin stars if they wanted that, but have opted for a less stressful and pretentious operation. I'm so glad they chose this path. Truly fantastic experience. Had a wonderful date with my girlfriend!Dietary restrictions: Dedicated gluten free, 0 reaction.“
“Delicious, non-greasy pupusas with lots of vegan options. They give you tons of curtido too! An incredible deal for a healthy, nourishing meal, and the family who owns it is a pleasure to talk to.The pan de elote is especially good too, lots of sweet whole kernels.“
“Okay....this bowl is DELICIOUS. Truly, I was so happy eating this. Three people asked me where I got it. Was it because I was smiling? Was it because the bowl itself looked good? Was it a combo? We may never know haha. But, dang it was something else. I wish I didn't live in NYC I'd get one bowl a day.I had to take one star off...just cuz...yeah, it's pricey. But I'm sure it has to do with the prime location. But it's still expensive haha.“
“Love everyone at RFG! Had been a few times but decided to use their health competition for some new year motivation! They were always super supportive and being able to jump in and grab meals to supplement my attempted meal prepping was such an easy and delicious way to meet your nutrition needs! Highly recommend stopping by for great people and yummy meals!“
