“My wife and I dropped in for dinner last night and were greatly impressed. The calamari fritti appetizer was perfect. I had the spaghetti de Mare and my wife had the Eggplant Parmigiana. Both entrees were wonderful. The prices are reasonable. The Pinot Grigio was very good, but I hope, that with time, they will be able to expand their vine list.Chef Roberto is a treasure. We left with smiles and will be back.....soon!“

“I celebrated my 23rd birthday here and they put little confetti on the table we reserved. It was a small gesture but it made me feel extra special :) It was a wonderful experience and the staff were so nice and welcoming. I highly recommend for anyone celebrating anything special!!“

“Very good service. We had reserved an outdoor table; hostess called us in advance to say that the wind was picking up and if we wish to, she could see us inside. We appreciated the consideration. Serve promptly, wine, list, recommendations were excellent, as was the Nebbiolo. Insalata mista and cauliflower salad both fresh and tasty. Puttenesca could use a bit more spice; branzino was terrific. Desserts excellent.“

“Just had my 3rd dining experience this morning and all 3 breakfast meals have been fantastic! As a person on the carnivore diet, I find it refreshing I can order an all protein meal and be completely satiated without paying an arm and a leg. Eggs were scrambled perfectly and the bacon was delicious. And who could have thought a simple burger patty could taste so good. Must be a magic griddle! Highly recommend! Oh, and service is amazing. My Americano was tasty!“

“What a beautiful place. Angela went above & beyond to squeeze in 3 of us to see a great band, Grooveline. The food was outstanding and the drinks had a punch. Our server Barbara was amazing. The place was packed & she was really running all night yet had a fun, pleasant attitude. Everyone danced all night. Such a great vibe. I would definitely go again. “My wife and I are both 100% Italian, so we know that Doppio Zero is the real deal. Love the pizzas, pastas and salads. The desserts are to die for. “Food was excellent but they appear to be understaffed. We were seated at 6 for our 6 o'clock reservation and didn't see a server for 15 minutes and had to wave over the busses to even get water. The server was good, but definitely stretched and stressed.“

“I went to lunch today and the pizza was so good! We been eating at Pizza Pirate for year and always liked it, but today was the absolute best pizza we ever had from Pizza Pirate. The staff were really friendly and I got a chance to meet the new owner which I really enjoyed chatting with. We can’t wait to go back!“

“Still kicking ass after all these years. Definitely one of the best pizzas around. Be warned, closing at 8:30 doesn't mean you can get food until 8:30, that's when they shut the door and go home. More like they want the last to-go order in by 8 and start shutting down the dining room at 7:30-7:45.“

“My husband and I had enjoyed lunch here about two weeks ago and wanted to go back with our friends. We shared a bottle of Prosecco, ordered pizzas and salads. The interior decorations are modern, fresh and uplifting. The hostess gave us a quiet table and the waitress was great and attentive. “They were 5 stars pre-COVID, but they went down during the "world tour". This is through no fault of their own. Getting quality ingredients was tough.It's greatly improved and they're working their way back up to the five star rating.Love the calzones and the pizza-definitely not missing the pools of fat from a 2022 pizza. The lasagna and ravioli don't have the five star flavor they used to have, yet. I don't miss the prepacked salads in the styrofoam cups.I can't wait until they're fully back at 5 stars! Keep it up!“
