“The restaurant feels almost like a hole in the wall. The atmosphere feels very authentic, and very peaceful. The staff are amazing, and have always been so polite to my family and I. I have seen staff members immediately go to hold the door open for those who use canes or wheelchairs. Over the times I’ve been there, I had many of their items, and all of them are great. My favorite item is the Gnocchi with Gorgonzola. Overall, this restaurant is absolutely an underrated gem, and I’d completely recommend it.“

“Some of the best pizza in the bay area. Excellent sauce. The dough, cheese sauce, balance is really good. They also have specials where they introduced different types of pizza that are not common to your typical American consumers. Some of the best pizza I have ever had.“

“We did an online order for the Napolina pizza. It was our first time here as we were looking for a difference to our usual. It was delicious. The red sauce was not too sweet and not too tart. I recommend anyone to try it out. We'll soon go in for a plate of pasta.“

“Always enjoy the nights we can make it to dinner here. The staff is friendly and as long time patrons, we know many of the staff. Food is always excellent, fresh and hot. This visit nothing caught my interest on the specials so I was able to try a regular menu item I had not tried before. The pork cutlet, very well prepared and and the side of pasta and vegetables never disappoints.“

“Just had my 3rd dining experience this morning and all 3 breakfast meals have been fantastic! As a person on the carnivore diet, I find it refreshing I can order an all protein meal and be completely satiated without paying an arm and a leg. Eggs were scrambled perfectly and the bacon was delicious. And who could have thought a simple burger patty could taste so good. Must be a magic griddle! Highly recommend! Oh, and service is amazing. My Americano was tasty!“

“My family and I were celebrating my 69th birthday prior to attending the Lesher theater on Friday, December 12th. When I made the reservation, the only option was to sit outside. It was very chilly that night so we opted to eat at the bar instead. Lupita, the hostess, and staff went out of their way to put 2 tables together so we could eat indoors and all at one table.
In addition to the lovely staff, the food was delicious and the wait staff was very attentive. Many thanks to everyone for making my birthday dinner feel special.“

“What a beautiful place. Angela went above & beyond to squeeze in 3 of us to see a great band, Grooveline. The food was outstanding and the drinks had a punch. Our server Barbara was amazing. The place was packed & she was really running all night yet had a fun, pleasant attitude. Everyone danced all night. Such a great vibe. I would definitely go again. “My wife and I are both 100% Italian, so we know that Doppio Zero is the real deal. Love the pizzas, pastas and salads. The desserts are to die for. “My husband and I were driving around looking for a place to eat when we saw Pasta Primavera on the side of the road and we are so glad we decided to stop! From the moment we walked in, it felt like fine-dining service in a comfortable, casual atmosphere. Our server was amazing, attentive, and really made the experience feel special.
The food was delicious. I ordered the cheese tortellini with mushrooms, pancetta, and peas. It was creamy, flavorful, and very satisfying. Not the best pasta I’ve ever had in my life, but definitely tasty and well prepared. My husband had the jambalaya, which was served over pasta instead of rice. It was a really unique and unexpected twist blending Italian and Cajun flavors together, and it worked!
The Caesar salad was authentic (none of the overly creamy white dressing you usually see!), and the crème brûlée was the perfect sweet finish to an impromptu dinner out.
Overall, we left happy, full, and already talking about coming back. Highly recommend giving this place a try! 🍝✨“

“Still kicking ass after all these years. Definitely one of the best pizzas around. Be warned, closing at 8:30 doesn't mean you can get food until 8:30, that's when they shut the door and go home. More like they want the last to-go order in by 8 and start shutting down the dining room at 7:30-7:45.“

“Had a craving for pizza; thought of this place and ordered a small Original through DoorDash. It did not disappoint. Substantial pizza for a “small” and the price. No skimping with the toppings and was exactly as pictured on the website, so no false advertising. Sauce was just right. Enjoyed the classic crust, too, but may try the thin crust text time.“
