My work schedule usually leaves me just minutes before they close. and they're always extremely nice and polite, never give me any grief for being last minute, and sometimes even bring the sandwich out to my truck and lock the front door behind them. Also, it's hard to beat the $1 day old bread.”

This is not necessary and could totally be done with cheaper pastry for everything other than the croissants, but it is incredibly delicious and luxurious.Second, nearly every day they have a pastry that is savory but does not have meat or eggs. “This was only the second time I’ve been here I had the tri-tip tacos the first time, and they were the best in all of Northern CA. This time I came in during their lunch rush I literally only waited in line about 60 seconds, and then another 90 seconds for my burrito. Such a low price for so much food and it was delicious, a must if you’re in the area.”

“Nice vegetarian/vegan restaurant with a great selection of food. I got Aloo tikki chaat and Veggie tikka(Kofta) with rice. Aloo tikki was made freshly and had chickpeas and mint and sweet chutney on top which tasted delicious. Veggie kofta gravy was pretty good, kofta itself could've have been slightly better. The portion size are decent and pricing is reasonable.”

“Literally my favorite pizza place of all time. Now that I have found this place I will never go anywhere else. I have a sensitive stomach when it comes to pizza and this is the only place I have found that seems to do just fine with my stomach. “Randomly came here for a Saturday dinner because we wanted to try something new. They did not disappoint. The server told us everything is made from scratch and wow, you can definitely taste it in the food. The house made bread was so soft. And they even gave us complimentary minestrone soup which was delicious! I ordered the Tuscan Chicken and Shrimp and my boyfriend got the Spaghetti Carbonara. My dish was so creamy and tasty, the pasta was al dente, and the meat was seasoned well. The Carbonara was also great. Our server was awesome, really friendly and took time to let us know everything about the menu since she knew it was our first time. I can't wait to come back and try the rest of their menu, what a hidden gem!”

“We had not been here in awhile so we decided to try Chicha again and what a great surprise!! The food was delicious and had the taste my wife was looking for and she being Peruvian knows very well the meaning of that. If you love Peruvian food I highly recommend you head over here and check it out. The owners and staff made sure the experience was a fantastic one. They are opening a second Chicha in Midtown at the end of March. Excellent Restaurant.”

“Found the place on Yelp. I try to find places that have Mexican shrimp cocktails, in hopes they have campechana which just adds octopus. Top marks for their campechana here! It has more kick than most, so I really like it. The hostess was very helpful when I custom designed a dish to try to hit keto, on a different day. So I ate here four meals in three days on a business trip. I took a road trip during the week and had shrimp cocktail an hour up the road… This one is way better. “Probably the best sushi you'll get for this price point in the area! They have decent service and plenty of tables to accommodate larger parties or to seat many parties.We ordered the sashimi 18 pc, double toro roll, hamachi kama, and lychee cocktail. The 18 pc was worth it as you get some fish that you generally wouldn't get at other restaurants, and the double toro had some caviar on top which was a very nice surprise. The fish were fatty and fresh! The hamachi kama was great, it felt like it was never ending when we dug for more and more meat, and it was lightly seasoned which was nice.We would come back, it's especially great for residents in the area!”

“Fresh sushi with good quality ingredients. I got take out from here, so I can't say much about the service but the packaging of the food was beautiful. The presentation definitely shows the care they put into their food! We got two rolls and the chirashi. The fish tasted very fresh and good quality which is hard to find in Sac. The rolls were very good as well, though I can't say they wowed me. Overall, I think the quality of the fish is great but you are paying for it with the prices.”

“We've been to GG multiple times over the years (Bay Area locations too), but the food and service are always consistent no matter where you eat. This visit was for my wife's birthday because that's where she wanted to go. I asked ahead of time about particular seating and location, which they were happy to honor. When we arrived they were busy but our table was ready and we were seated promptly. They also topped off the night by allowing my wife to pick a dessert on the house, which was awesome! We've never been there to celebrate a birthday per se but now we know thats a wonderful experience as well!”

“The food is soooo good!I got chicken tikka masala with saffron basmati rice and garlic naan. The amount of garlic on that soft naan is any garlic lovers dream. Flavorful even on its own but of course taste even better with some chicken tikka masala. The chicken tikka is done so well too. The sauce is thiccccc and the flavor is just chefs kiss! Good amount of chicken in there and tender.Service is welcoming and friendly. I talked to a staff briefly when I picked up my food. She is incredibly nice.I did take out but took a picture of the beautiful environment. Love the decor and colors. I hope todine in one day.”

“I came into the area for work and after searching for places that checked our boxes, I found Camden Spit and Larder. I wanted good food and drinks, vegetarian and vegan for my sister in law and fish dishes for my brother who can't eat red meat anymore. CS&L didn't disappoint and was wonderful. We made it for the last bit of happy hour ... eat the deviled eggs... and then had dinner. Wonderful place, great food and cocktails, great service... We couldn't have asked for anything more!”

“Only giving one star on atmosphere because it was the most ridiculously hot, uncomfortable, miserable dining experience we have ever had. Not sure if no AC is their thing or what, but they clearly had power when we dined there. We couldn’t enjoy our meal due to how suffocatingly hot the dining room was.That aside, the food was absolutely wonderful. But we are hesitant to return since our dining experience was truly the most uncomfortable one either of us has ever experienced. We just wanted to eat and leave as quickly as possible. But maybe that’s the point?Parking: You may have to walk a bit. Parking lot is plentiful, but close-up parking isn’t typical.”

“Absolutely lives up in to the hype. I’ve been to tons of Michelin starred restaurants but The Kitchen is DIFFERENT. It’s somehow a mix of Michelin quality food/service while maintaining a rager atmosphere. When they say you can walk around the kitchen and ask questions, they really aren’t kidding. It’s an incredible experiences. I can’t recommend enough,”

“Great ice cream! It's creamy and wonderful-depending on which flavor you get. They have about 50 different flavors of ice cream to choose from. This keeps you coming back to try more. The service is quick. They are pricey here. Their taro ice cream is really sweet. The green tea ice cream is alright, tasting similar to the Hagen daas green tea ice cream. The toasted almond ice cream is sweet with sliced almonds in it. Their strawberry ice cream might be my favorite. I'm usually not a huge fan of strawberry ice cream either. Their strawberry ice cream doesn't have huge chunks of strawberries but small strawberry bits on it. It's a small shop but there is seating outside. Parking is street parking-parallel parking.”
