“The woman who manages the restaurant is a very hard worker and kind, it's obvious she's dedicated to the job. The dining area and restroomsare always very clean there's a older gentleman who does a wonderful job keeping the place clean. Even when this restaurant gets very busy between the drive thru, curbside pickup and dine in customers they are able to complete orders in a reasonable amount of time and very seldom do they make mistakes on orders. Which I greatly appreciate because my order is pretty specific and I'm on a limited amount time during my lunch break. Anyone passing through the area and trying to decide whether to stop at the Arcata or McKinleyville location. “This place has its ups and downs. They are often out of a lot of items and sometimes closed at wired unexplainable times. However the customer service is great as the people always greet you upon arrival even when it is very very busy. For this trip I got a melt, however the original one I wanted they were not able to make, so I went for another melt. They were really accommodating and wanted to make me a happy customer. I ended up going to eat my sandwich and it was really tasty. The cheese was really thick and went perfectly with my meat choice. The bread was not soggy and the veggies were still very fresh when I got home. The quality of this sandwich was definitely a 5 out of 5.“
“Great staff always get my order right.Update on 11/13/23My son found some foil from where someone was smoking drugs in the bathroom. The time before there was a lady in the drive through yelling at an employ for free food and they gave her free food so she would leave and she kept on yelling at them until she dropped it all and then walked away when the police showed up. 2 weeks before that Me and my family were eating dinner and a homeless man came in stood in line for a minute than He sat down at the booth Beside us foaming at the mouth and muttering to himself and after a few minutes and after not ordering anything he stood and his bare butt cheeks was exposed. I know it's Burger King but come on I expect a little better. The foil in the toilet was the final strike for me. I will never go back.“

“Let me start off by saying that I'm not a local to the area and I frequent here once a month to see my terrible ex and my beautiful child. Besides my child this McDonald's is what lights my days out here cus it sure ain't seeing my ex. The food is always made especially delicious. Ordered a double quarter pounder and it looked just like in the commercials and pictures. The fries were crispy and well salted. And let me tell you about the soda. The coke was hitting hitting. Gas was crazy in it my souls almost left my body. The workers may always be higher than girrafe knuckles but they know what they doing back there. Been coming here for about 2 years and haven't had one complaint.“
“Traveling found this gem. Husband and I both got sandwiches. You get what you pay for. It’s no small sandwich. Fresh sliced meats and fresh made rolls. We would recommend. We liked them so much on the way back through the area we had to stop for another sandwich.“
