“As usual, Flea St takes all the best parts of the farm-to-table method, stays true to the mission without a lot of self-congratulatory stuff, then adds real attentive service and care to every detail such that you feel like they've been just waiting to have you as a guest. The team is warm, professional and skilled - such a joy to have this gem available to us all.“
“Very nice brewery located in Menlo Park. Had dinner close by and wanted to drop by for a drink. Parking in the area was easy, and there was a parking lot close by. Their beers are good, not my favorite brewery but everything tasted fine. I felt like the prices here are more expensive for a flight compared to other places, after tip it was $32+. Service was great! Typical brewery, it was pretty loud and even more so with the arcade games. Otherwise, I prefer layout and interior of this location compared to the one in SF.“
“Sat in the back patio, which was nice and warm and covered. Food was solid. We didn’t like the pear burrata special, but the pizzas were quality (we got the sausage honey and sausage broccolini pizzas). The bread pudding dessert was solid too. Overall, recommend this “
“One of my favorite places. 1st, it has the best and friendliest service of anywhere in town! The food never disappoints. I like to go earlier in the evening before it gets too crowded and noisy. I don’t like to eat a meal with a friend when it’s too loud to have a conversation. Would recommend this place for great service and food!“
“DASH has been a favorite of ours since before they moved from behind the theater. The food is consistently good, the service is good, and while it's pricier than some of the lower end sushi places it's still a good deal for what you get. My wife picked DASH for my surprise 40th birthday party and they accommodated 8 of us easily.“
“Excellent for happy hour - food items at half off, and they taste pretty good. Wine choices are underwhelming but a good deal for members (20-30% off list price). Tasting event was busy but wines were meh. This location is a bit small, so it feels crowded and noisy. Even tables were so small that there wasn’t enough room for the food! No patio seating as Castro is blocked off - in fact, the neighborhood vibe has seriously degraded. The Los Gatos location is much more attractive and spacious (outdoor seating).“
“There are a few small plates available from each of several Mediterranean cuisines. The overall collection is somewhat eclectic, but the quality was consistently very good and mixing the different styles worked. The wine list is also good and fairly representative of the different cuisines.“
“We had a phenomenal waiter. I asked about gluten free options since the menu was not marked, and he took me through the menu to explain what could and could not be safely prepared without cross contamination. Unfortunately, not many safe options! There are very few gluten-containing items, but they spoil most of the menu for me due to a shared fryer - so no homemade tortilla chips for me! The cocktails were great, the atmosphere was very pleasant, and the staff were friendly. I just wish they would modify kitchen practices to be more celiac friendly.Dietary restrictions: Minimal truly gluten free items due to cross contamination“
“Awesome tapas, great ambience, quick service and very good dining experience. We went for a weekend lunch, there were a lot of guests but not overcrowded. The staff were friendly and service was prompt. The appetizer bread along with the dip was a delicious start; the crisp fried olives (stuffed with cheese) and Banana Lead chicken were absolutely unique. Recommended !“
“Iberia is a Spanish island on the San Mateo Peninsula. The interior is quite charming. The layout -two rooms- allows some to gather in the bar/lounge, and others to enjoy the dining room. In the dining room, couples can share intimate booths, and larger groups have tables. In the bar, there are two tables for large groups and a few tables for smaller crowds. OH, and the food!! We just returned from Madrid and found nothing there to outshine Iberia's tapas. The tapas range through vegetables, mushrooms and meats and use fine oil and other enhancers, such as impossibly finely diced shallots. The service might be a tad slow on a busy evening, but you're in Spain! Get a glass of vino (or sangria) and sit back to enjoy each other's company. I strongly encourage you to check this small gem out! TDMParking: Try the Caltrain lot across El Camino“
“From the service, to wait time, to food. This place is top notch. Best dumplings I’ve had in the Bay Area and yes I have tried a lot. I’m not getting paid for this review although I wish I was. Really good dumplings, try them out and get the chili “
“Decent spot but would recommend having few people to share the dishes with so you can try more things. They have a good selection of items to pick from. The pizza crust was very tasty but it lack fillings. Claypot was a decent size but the pork was a bit too tender. We also got the beef rolls but we didn’t enjoy it as much as it was very overcooked and had a weird texture.“
“This rooftop bar offers some of the best panoramic views of the peninsula in cozy atmosphere, perfect for a special occasion or an early night out with friends. You'll need to take the elevator at the Graduate Hotel to reach this little lookout, so don't be surprised if your map leads you into a hotel lobbyThe space itself is intimate and stylish, with a room for about five small groups. It can get a bit cold on the rooftop, but thankfully some warm blankets are provided to ease the chill. The staff is quite attuned to making sure your visit is comfortable. The cocktail menu boasts creative and playful options, and the food menu is small but good for sharing. Be aware that the drinks come with a premium price tag. Overall a nice place for a special occasion.“

“We really enjoy this place. Nice ambiance, good service, imaginative and visually appealing cocktails, and at 4:45 pm on Friday the service was quick but not rushed. Not an inexpensive dinner but worth it. Oysters and Spanish meatballs for tapas ( yum) and veggie paella. So good!“
“Came here with my girls for happy hour one day and I was actually quite surprised by the quality despite it being on the HH menu! We pretty much ordered everything from the HH selection. We started off with some cocktails which were super refreshing. We got 2 orders of pan con tomate, papas bravas, croquetas de jamon, pintxos morunos, and hamburgers which fed 10 people. If you're coming here for good vibes with a group of people, I would definitely recommend coming during happy hour when it's a little more affordable!“
“Went to this place twice: Ate khinkali on a skewer and dumplings. Skewer was good but not great, deginitely enjoyed the dumplings though. On my second visit, i tried the phkali (red beet paste was fantastic) and cheese bread and they were both incredible. Lava cake was also nice but not outstanding.Georgian cuisine is hard to come by so i would definitely recommend you visit this place. (Staff is really helpful as well)“
“Best part was the tequila shot and beer -- no complaints on the bar. Food was good, nothing special. Onions: if you are allergic, beware -- they made my tacos without onion but the salsa still had onion (not just the pico but the roasted salsa too which because it had been cooked hard had the allergy part cooked out but I was still cautious a new item for me)“
“Hidden Gem of Authentic Mexican Cuisine Rating: (5/5) I recently stumbled upon this hidden gem of a Mexican restaurant, and it turned out to be an unforgettable culinary adventure. Tucked away in a cozy corner of Redwood city, this place may not look like much from the outside, but trust me, the food speaks for itself. The flautas were a revelation. I tried the carne asada and were packed with tender, seasoned meat and topped with vibrant, homemade salsas and fresh salad. Prices are reasonable, considering the quality and quantity of food you receive. I left with a happy heart and a full stomach, promising myself to return soon. Parking is good! If you're a fan of authentic Mexican cuisine and are willing to venture off the beaten path, this hole-in-the-wall restaurant is an absolute must-visit. Don't let its unassuming exterior fool you; it's a culinary treasure waiting to be discovered. Cant wait to go back and try everything else!“
“The place and the parking lot is very small. When it is busy it is hard to find parking. The food was so good. One of the best ramen I have ever had. The place is very small and busy. I would not recommend this place for large parties. Also have in mind that they have tables outside in case you don't mind.“
“Ambiance is arty, comfortable and lovely. Menu had great choices and the 3 of us were so pleased with our choices. I brought home the leftovers and they were just as delicious the next day. We had the mushrooms, Brussels sprouts, shrimp and the crab ‘taco'. The winter sangria was delicious and full body with rich red wine and port YUM just right for this time of year!“
