“Best sandwich ever . Freshly baked delicious sourdough bread . Their garlic pesto turkey sandwich is the best . I had a toasted garlic pesto turkey sando add on bacon and avocado with Clam chowder soup meal deal and lemon cooler cookie for my dessert. It was amazing. All the staffs were friendly and very cozy environment. I would highly recommend this pace .“
“A double quarter pounder is the size of a regular burger, in fact you get more meat with 2double cheese burgers for a lot cheeper with buy one get one for a $1. I won't make that mistake again. Service was good. People are friendly. Drive threw.“
“As soon as my husband and I walked in, the owner welcomed us with a warm smile. We both tried the cheeseburger, the fries, the chicken nuggets, and jalapeño poppers. The food was delicious and the service is excellent. We will definitely be back the next time we visit.“
“Stopped by for a quick bite as part of our drive North to Healdsburg. There was a line at the door but it went quickly. I actually had to decide what I wanted to order on the fly because I got to the front of the line too quickly. We ordered shrimp dumplings, shrimp and chive dumplings, sui mai, turnip cake, and dried shrimp rice noodles. I would get the dumplings and sui mah again. I was mixed in the turnip cake. The dried shrimp rice noodles were ok....the spread of onion and dried shrimp was a little uneven, so there were bites that were just rice noodle. It was also a bit too dense for me. Very reasonable pricing though. We got a box full of food for $19.90. Cash only. There are a few tables inside where you can sit down to eat after ordering your food at the counter. There's also a bathroom available.“
“If you want a good burger, this is the place to be!Personally, this is my favorite casual burger spot! Taste like home, the burgers are great, the fries are great, the drinks are fizzy! They even have (2) veggie options and beef bacon!I can't tell you how much i love this place, and the owner is one of the friendliest people I've met! Highly recommendVegetarian options: Garden burgerBeyond burger“
“Simply had to see what all the hype is about with In-N-Out. The place was wall to wall people with standing room only. Luckily the simplified menu made ordering fast. Fries are homemade from actual cut up potatoes. They were good but could have been deep fried longer to give them that extra golden crispness, instead they were kind of white and limp. The cheese burgers looked exactly like pictured very tasty being fresh off a grill! Had the milkshakes as a beverage, they were OK better than Mc D’s but not as good as some others. All in all the value for quality was great. Appreciated the hot peppers to help our self to. Added that extra kick to the burger.“
“Service is amazing. For some apparent reason the act didn't show my specific instructions. I came back to switch out the food. Let me keep the original fruit that they made, and they made me new food and had me pay for the additions and I recommend this place!!!! Might I add this is the best burger I've had IN THE WHOLE CITY!!!!“
“The best experience in this part of town. the pizza is filling and the toppings are flavorful. Best of all, employees are super helpful, giving us sauces, pepper, and parmesan. They also helped us charge our phones and reminded us to take the charges with us as we were leaving! Great place: came for the food, will come back for the service!“
“This is one of our most favorite alternatives to fast food. I went by yesterday with my son and the manager came out and told us of a new item on their menu. It was a salmon salad crunch and it was marvelous. Wonderful food. Wonderful service. Healthy!! Highly recommend!!!“
“Just out flippin and floppin with my pals Spider and the Scissorman lookin for things like this and that, when we run into Hobo Joe and his little stab, Taco Mary, and she's pounding away on this chicken pot pie like she's starving. It looked soooooo good and smelled just like Grandma's kitchen that I had to have one! Where'd you get the pie, I asked...Pleasant Pies she said...it's right around the corner, they're Amazing...she said.I was straight there, and without the knucklenuts I was with... I didn't want them slowing down my quest for the perfect pot pie. 5 stars ☆☆☆☆☆“
“There was a missing item from my delivery (I think it was a delivery driver problem and not the store's fault), and the manager Samantha was AMAZING she went above and beyond to make sure things were fixed. I really appreciate it, she called me multiple times to make sure the situation was “
“Get the semi-sweet cookie if you can! It's almost as good if not better than Crumbles. Perfectly crunch on the outside and chewy and melty on the inside. I devoured the cookie before I even got to the wrap. The owner is super sweet too! Will be coming back to this place!“
“Amidst the bustling culinary landscape of our fair city, there exists a dining establishment that transcends both time and tradition, a place known as "Tender Tenders." With a tagline that boldly proclaims "the best tenders in history," one must prepare for a gastronomic voyage like no other. Yet, dear reader, beneath this alluring veneer of culinary excellence, a whisper of enigmatic intrigue weaves its way through the hallowed corridors of this establishment. As I ventured into the ethereal confines of Tender Tenders, I was immediately captivated by its opulent décor, reminiscent of a bygone era. The ghostly candlelight flickered gently upon the aged wooden beams and timeworn maritime artifacts, a testament to a history rich in maritime lore. Little did I know that these antiquities concealed a secret; one whispered among the city's culinary cognoscenti—an owner of otherworldly origin, a spectral pirate from an ancient past. The menu, a veritable parchment of maritime marvels, beckoned me forth into the unknown. The star attraction, as promised by the restaurant's bold claim, was their legendary tenders. The Ghostly Captain's Signature Tenders, to be precise. These tender morsels of succulent chicken, dressed in a whisper-thin, ethereal batter, were a revelation. Each bite was an exquisite dance of flavors, a fusion of culinary prowess and spectral mystique. One could almost hear the distant creaking of a phantom ship's timbers as the flavors unfolded on the palate. The spectral touch extended beyond the tenders themselves. The sides, such as the Ghostly Slaw and Haunted Fries, bore the unmistakable mark of a chef who had transcended the boundaries of time and space to deliver a dining experience unlike any other. The coleslaw, with its delicate balance of tang and creaminess, invoked the nostalgia of long-lost seafaring feasts. The fries, crisp and golden, seemed to carry with them the echoes of a pirate's treasure chest. The service, though subtly imbued with an air of otherworldly mystery, was impeccable. The staff, who moved with an uncanny grace, attended to every need with an almost preternatural intuition. One could almost believe that they were spectral apparitions themselves, orchestrating a symphony of culinary delight.Dessert, too, bore the unmistakable mark of the Ghostly Captain's mastery. The Phantom Parfait, a delicate confection of ethereal creams and mysterious fruits, left me in a state of culinary rapture. It was as if the very essence of the ghostly owner had been captured in this final course. As I departed Tender Tenders, I couldn't help but ponder the enigmatic figure that is the restaurant's owner—a ghostly pirate from an ancient past. It was as if his spirit lingered in every corner, infusing the restaurant with a unique blend of history, mystery, and gastronomic excellence. Tender Tenders, with its extraordinary tenders and spectral ambiance, is a dining experience that defies both time and convention. It is a place where the boundaries between the living and the spectral blur, and where culinary mastery meets spectral enigma. A true Michelin star establishment that transcends the ordinary and beckons the adventurous diner to embark on a journey of taste and intrigue like no other.“
“I had the Chicken Mix Bowl with the smokey chipotle sauce and it was AMAZING. I am allergic to dairy, gluten, and soy so being able to not worry about that with my meal was so nice. I also have ARFID (avoidant restrictive food intake disorder) and have a really hard with certain textures, usually chicken is really hard for me to eat but I had no issues with this chicken!! The texture was consistent all the way through, pulled apart really easily, and was just overall amazing. The portions are really good and the food is very flavorful. I'm really happy with my meal. Thank you guys for the amazing food. I highly recommend this place!!“
“Dear Diary - First time trying Chicken G and I definitely enjoyed the patience and recommendation they offered. Their chicken was juicy and the crust was amazingly crunchy! I had a side of fries which was well seasoned and they provided complimentary sauces to try. Will definitely try other offerings when I am back in town.“
“Had the grilled pork banh mi:the pork was grilled very well, with a great fat to muscle ratio. The vegetables were crunchy, fresh and had a great quick pickleThe bread had a crispy outer shell and soft inside. You get all the crunch and none of the torn roof-of-mouth actionFor $10, this was a steal. Definitely trying their bun cha next time“
“Four stars because they clucked up one of the things we ordered. The Cali Cluckwich came with no tempeh bacon or avocado added on, and we didn't have time to get it fixed because we were crunched for time on a work lunch break. Without the cali ingredients added, it was a plain old classic cluckwich. Other than that, taste-wise the food was good. Also, I've always loved the customer service at the San Francisco location, the employees are always so happy and friendly. Hunny Hickory TenderClucks were delicious. I chose all fries, no slaw, and it might have been the largest side of fries I've ever got at a restaurant. Updated from previous review on 2023-08-07“
“Chisme Cantina is a small place but the food is excellent. The Jack Fruit Taco was tasty and delicious with a multitude of flavors, including Cilantro sauce. The homemade Flan was delicious and not too sweet. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to our group of five. Will definitely be going back for more!“
“Love this place, and their prices. Always good to boost places in SF where quality food doesn't have to cost so much. Definitely has that actually hole-in-the-wall, hasn't been renovated in a couple decades type vibe here. For me, and as a self appointed garlic fries enthusiast, this place has my favorite garlic fries in the city. First of all, they use steak-cut fries, which is great, and then the garlic they use is not overbearing and has a powdery texture. Garlic powder perhaps? I should ask them the next time I'm there... very, very satisfying. For their prices, the amount you get and the quality of the food is top notch.“
“While enjoying a complete time capsule from the rise of fast food nation, this family-run establishment maintains the quality of food and customer service you'd expect from the 50's and 60's right here in 2024. This has been my experience consistently for over 15 years of my living in California, and I'm extremely grateful for many of the experiences I've had there. From chauffeuring foreign royalty around the bay area on holiday to bringing friends and family visiting from out of town, I can always count on good food, good vibes and great times when I go there. Thanks so much, San Rafael A&W!!!!! Keep it rockin'!“
“I'm lucky to have this place around the corner from where I live in Inner Richmond. It's a small take-out neighborhood spot mostly, but on a pleasant day or evening they have tables outdoors where you can enjoy their tasty burgers and seasoned fries. The burgers at Uncle Boy's can compete with the bigger and best of them in SF. The burgers are fresh 4 oz. Wagyu beef, are uniquely seasoned, and the delicious toasted buns remarkably hold it all together. I went with the OG Burger on this visit, loved it, and plan on tasting the others. Truth is, it doesn't cost much more than SuperDuper Burgers, mostly no waiting, and no crowds. I support small local businesses with a geniuine story and I love that they support the communities they serve. I will have to try The Cowboy, El Jefe, and Italian Stallion in due time. You'll have to check out the menu, all mouthwatering ingredients. If you love burgers, I already know that each will be worth trying, whatever your current mood. Thanks Uncle Boy!“
“Absolute best bun rieu in the city- $13 for a huge bowl and way bigger portions. Super generous with the crab meatballs and their soup has a lot of depth. Banh mi's are amazing too!! Owners are friendly and kind- thank you hello sandwich & noodle, we appreciate you :)“
“When I tell you I've been DREAMING about these onigiri ever since I got to try them on an SF visit 5 ish years ago, I'm not even kidding. And they still lived up to my expectations! Such a unique fun spot, terrific for folks who are gluten free, vegan, sesame free, or all of the above like me. I just hope you bring back the spicy wasabi as a side for takeout orders...from memory, it was incredible!“
“Love the smashed burger patties. A double cheeseburger for me and single for my lady. Has the best crunch of a burger in the city Wish the pepper jack came through a bit more so that'd be the only ding Rings were golden and crispy even after doordash delivery. They have great deals if you order through there too ;)“
“This time I used Uber to order food. I thought his food was quite delicious and the portions were large. The only drawback was that his noodles seemed a bit sour, but his meat and vegetables were both delicious. It also came with cutlery and a fortune cookie, but it was so good.“
“While walking through the city I stumbled upon hidden gem. The customer service was great, they seek to satisfy each of their customers through food and a flavorful journey. They played wonderful music by rihanna and had a gender neutral bathroom (which me and my partner loved!). The whole experience was amazing please do yourselves a favor and support this local restaurant.“
“It is great to find a Subway that is open late, but what's even far better than that is that the manager, Ramy, is a very kind person who truly cares about his customers. I had a very pleasant experience visiting this Subway. My food was great, and I enjoyed striking up a conversation with Ramy. Would highly recommend eating at this place!Vegetarian options: Good option with the Veggie Delight“
“I come here frequently and it's always been fresh and I've never had to wait too long. They've never been out of any ingredients. The store itself has always appeared clean and tidy. I often order ahead online and my order has always been ready when I get there. It's your basic Subway!“
“This store are my favorite to buy food clothes for my family and everything I need in a good price and amount to last longer best stores for big family or business too very reasonable every month have good discounts in different groceries and clothes too really love it.“
“This place is AMAZING!!! We got the rose and carbonara tteokbokki and both were flavor bombs! The rose tteokbokki had a nice creamy consistency and slight kick (highly recommend adding sausages and mozzarella). The carbonara tteokbokki was literally one of best things I've ever had ~ it's creamy, flavorful, umami, and the bacon adds a nice texture! We also tried the so-tteok which was delicious! Highly recommend and will be back!!! Also the service is awesome ~ I think the owner took our order but he was so nice!!!“
“This place has always been consistent with my order. I am a creature of habit and order the same thing. I’ve only had one mixup and they corrected it promptly and even gave me a comp card for one of my next items. That was very generous of them. Most places don’t do that. I love their star sauce and the Greek yogurt sauce, neither one of these upsets my tummy as I have tummy issues from time and they’re delicious. This is one of my goto spots.“
“Gordo's is hard to beat when it comes to wanting a fresh and beefy burrito. An exceptional value. The ingredients are extremely fresh and plentiful. The staff is extremely efficient and even in busy peak hours the que moves along briskly.“
“Ordered twice via Doordash while on Christmas/New Year's vacation. Chicken was hot and tasty! Red Beans and Rice was excellent! The honey biscuits were perfect. And...the Shrimp was scrumptious!! Will be ordering from them again on my next trip to The City!!“
“Glad we have our own neighborhood Panda with happy workers, great service, and hot fresh delicious food. Price is right, a bowl is about the price of a Super Duper milkshake. Along with Super Duper Burger this is another great meal option for Laurel Village. Greatest ambiance you can get for a place with no seats.“
“Just moved my office to the Financial District and accidentally stumbled upon this sushi to-go spot near work. Love that they offer both sushi and bento options--gives some nice variety for lunch. Food quality gets an 8/10 from me; it's pretty impressive, especially for a quick service place. Prices aren't the cheapest around, but they're definitely acceptable considering the location. Overall, I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for quality Asian fast food in the area. Great find!“
“It's really disappointing to see people leave bad reviews that are based on business decisions the store has made in order to simply survive, and not the actual quality of the food or service. The store not being open when you want them to be open, or not having dozens of different donuts on hand, are business decisions, and calling it out does not belong in a review. Stop being a child and take a moment to understand what's been going on downtown and in SOMA the last few years, and how that's impacted food and beverage establishments in particular.Every time I've been here, my food is always fresh and delicious, and the service is friendly and excellent. That's what matters to me.“
“I always enjoy a good sandwich at Togos when there is one available. I only seen one Togo in San Francisco and it's in the Potrero Center. There are lots of options to choose from at this location. I choose the. French Dip Pastrami and it was delicious for a chain store.“
“Hidden little spot for desserts! I was craving a funnel cake and it was found and satisfied! They made it fresh and it was a warm and crispy and the ice cream on top hit the spot! My friends got the deep fried Oreos and they were happy with it!“
“This is a small subway but I have the prices posted for you. It's basically the cheapest meal you're going to get in this area. Just half the sandwich and eat one half for lunch and the other half for dinner and you'll be good to go.No places to sit here so don't expect that and yes there are a bunch of bums outside so if you absolutely can't stand that then this isn't the place for you.“
“If you're a fan of delicious burritos and are looking for a truly amazing meal, look no further than the al pastor burrito. This dish is a true masterpiece of flavor and texture, and is sure to satisfy even the most discerning of taste buds. The first thing that strikes you about the al pastor burrito is its aroma. The delicious combination of savory meat, rice and beans creates a tantalizing scent that is sure to make your mouth water. As you take your first bite, you'll be greeted with a burst of flavor that is unlike anything else you've ever taste. The meat is usually grilled to perfection, which adds a smoky flavor to the dish.Overall, if you're looking for a truly amazing meal, you can't go wrong with the al pastor burrito. Its combination of bold flavors, tender meat, and guac make it a dish that is sure to satisfy, and it's no wonder that it has become my most fire burrito.“
“I ordered the Hangover Soup, Haejangguk (16oz) thru Uber Eats for pick up. For just under $10 after tax this is such a steal these days. I ordered it for 5:45pm on a weekday for pick up and I'm not sure if it's because it's near the end of the day and not many bought the soup but my soup had a ton of beef in it. The broth had a bit of a kick to it and it was so beefy and hearty too. I wish I had some steam rice to eat it with. I would order it again especially during the colder season.“
“cool cool the food looks exquisite and very apatizing and looks very good let me repeat cool cool the food looks exquisite and very apatizing and looks very good let me repeat cool cool the food looks exquisite and very apatizing and looks very good.“
“Coming from the east coast, I was skeptical. But I was convinced after finally trying it. The burger was really good considering it was only 6 dollars. I really like the grilled onions in the burger! Their shakes were great too. I can see why locals love this place.“
