I decided to give this place a second chance because the app said they accepted coupons. Of course after my sandwich was made and it was time to pay, they wouldn't accept my coupon. No signs posted ANYWHERE that they don't accept coupons or honor promotions. Utterly ridiculous to spend millions in advertising and promotions when most of your stores don't accept them and your app is providing erroneous information. I don't usually give one star. However, this service is not what I expected. I always check outside if there is a sign " NO PET" allow. So I brought my dog in. Someone was yelling NO PET ALLOW. It's okay, but you should put a SIGN there. There are other subways that I have been to, they were okay with my dog just pop in and out. I always loved Subway but after today it really made me not want to come to this franchise or this location again, Today I went in for a typical sandwich and asked if I can have some extra veggies on there, They said no because something that one of their manager said.
