Award winning restaurant, distinct from other Hunan and Szechuan restaurants. Cilantro beef: very thinly sliced beef, almost like a tenderloin in texture but different. Stopped in with my cousin one rainy afternoon after he picked me up from the airport. It was quiet inside and there was plenty of seating available. We sat by the window in the front. We ordered the Smork with Leeks and the Boiling Hot Fish Fillets. We were served some hot tea as well--a must-have for the weather. The smork was as advertised--smoky and flavorful. I really enjoyed their smorked (smoked pork) and bamboo dish and the general's noodles. The string beans with the eggplant were cooked perfectly; I've had a lot of places have trouble with the string beans as of late. The "smorked" fried rice looked pretty good and would be willing to return or order take out to try. They forgot our second order of rice, but we did fine without it.
