Very nice ambiance. I ate at the bar, but the outside patio looked like a very nice place to relax and chit chat. There are fire places outside, so that adds to the relaxing vibes. I ordered during the happy hour, which had a pretty good variety on its menu. I wasn't much of a fan of the shrimp tacos- they were decent but the lettuce and toppings overpowered the shrimp, which was chopped up into tiny pieces. Our room was nice and clean. The lady in the restaurant for breakfast was extremely nice and pleasant. The only thing that I disliked about the property was the parking. Not only was there a $15 per night parking fee, the parking lot was not even in the somewhat secure. The parking lot was an open parking lot that seemed the be shared with the other businesses in the same lot. What a great stay! I love the Sonesta Silicon Valley. It’s like the hotel was built around the pool, super inviting. The staff was all smiles and welcoming. It feels like a brand-new hotel, big rooms, comfy beds, beautiful grounds and lots of parking. Complimentary large fitness room and internet let me unwind and work at the same time.
