“My partner and I continuously pick up dinner here. We have tried just about everything: wet burrito, torta, tacos, quesobirria tacos, chicken quesadilla, hot dog, even the champurrado! Alllll of it is delicious and always HITS. The owners know us pretty well by now and are always so sweet to everyone. 10/10“
“Service was good... Didn't take too long, there was customers ahead of me. The beans have flavor but super dry!!! I brought my food home and combined the rice and beans added some cheese and water to bring back life. Salsa good. Price is comparable for the items. $15 for 3 big tacos and rice/beans. Ask for quacamole ... I spent 30 on 2 plates.“
“Horchata is one of the best I've had! They are very friendly and have fast service. Quesadilla was mediocre. Tacos aren't too bad. Burrito is pretty FULL it can feed two people. Asada fries are pretty good. Ambiance is very casual!“
“BABY! I do NOT play about coffee, living in seattle made me a whole coffee connoisseur and this place is spot on. I love when I can taste the flavors and still taste the COFFEE cus I don’t drink coffee for sugar I want to taste that espresso. On top of it the staff is so friendly I was literally going to a place for 6 months every other day and they didn’t bother to learn my drink or name like what? I will be back and I will bring my friends!!! So many options I am excited about!“
“Quick and fast taco stands. Now they support the credit card payment. Eric is welcoming and serves the neighborhood very well until the midnight. The protein of stewed pork and the al pastor is nice while I hope they could use corn tortillas instead of the flour ones.“
“I am blessed to enjoy and share my recent experience regarding the remarkable taco truck "El Pastorcito. Without a doubt, they have surpassed all expectations. From their mouthwatering pastors, asada, lengua, to their delightful Alambre, the flavors are simply tasteful.Furthermore, Jorge's customer service is commendable. Each interaction with El Pastorcito leaves me satisfied. What truly sets them apart is their unwavering commitment to consistency.#100% approval rating“
“Found this random food truck driving home … looked like a genuine Italian family making these pizzas . They were very nice ! There were people in line before us and after too so it seems pretty popular!! They made the pizza really quickly - made to order ! We ordered the pesto and the margerita pizza . It was a good portion . Fresh and looked pretty ! The flavors were good - it was a nice simple pizza“
“This is an amazing coffee shop. Their coffee is amazing the pastries are as well I usually get Spanish iced latte with the almond croissant. Also and iced Coquito con crema is another favorite and an iced Abuelita latte highly recommend . Their customer service is wonderful . We usually do drive-through, but there’s times where it’s nice to get off and enjoy it there. Such a great spot for a caffeine pick me up ?“
“# 129 Review for 2024 ***A Culinary Journey: Authenticity, Tradition, and Flavor Explosion at Tacos Los Palomos*** Overall 5 Stars***** If there's a sacred haven for taco enthusiasts, Tacos Los Palomos is it. Nestled in East LA, this gem embodies the essence of Mexican street food culture. As a self-proclaimed taco inspector, stumbling upon this treasure was a stroke of luck, unraveling a tapestry of flavors that transported me to the heart of culinary authenticity. What sets these taco trucks apart is their unwavering commitment to tradition. It's not just about tacos; it's a testament to preserving heritage, using time-honored recipes and seasonings that make each bite an homage to Mexican street cuisine. The sheer variety of flavors--Lengua, Buche, Tripa, Suadero, and Cueritos--each bursting with its own distinct taste, left an indelible mark on my taste buds. But let's talk about the salsa, specifically the chipotle; it deserves its own accolades. It's not just a condiment; it's a flavor symphony that elevates every taco to a divine experience. Yet, beyond the culinary prowess, these taco trucks serve as a conduit to nostalgia and cultural roots. They transcend the realm of mere dining; they're gateways to cherished memories and a taste of home. Each bite feels like a reunion with flavors that resonate with a deep sense of belonging. Tacos Los Palomos isn't just a taco truck; it's an emblem of community, tradition, and an odyssey through the rich tapestry of Mexican culinary heritage. In a world where authenticity often gets diluted, this place stands tall as a beacon of genuine flavors and cultural significance. In short, if you seek not just a meal but an expedition into the soul of Mexican street cuisine, Tacos Los Palomos deserves not just five stars but a standing ovation for keeping the flame of tradition alive in every savory taco they serve.“
“Without a doubt the best lunch truck in Cali!! Being a truck driver who has been coming to Cali for 30 years and have visted lunch trucks thru out the state makes me an authority on the subject. So you can believe me when I say they're the best. I've eaten here for over a decade and have never been disappointed once. The team that operates it are also the best. Give it a try. You will definitely not go anywhere else again if you do.“
“These guys make some of the best tacos in town . I tried the Volcan taco that is delicious their quesadillas . Tacos in general their delicious I highly recommended to all my friends and family already . Also the guys there are very great with people . Their good“
“Top smash burger spot in San Gabriel valley, Mikey is super cool and the burgers are amazing. Be sure to get the double smash burger as it has a lot more taste than a single! His special sauce is so good as well!Parking: Parking at Nogales high school a lot of parking“
“This has to be the best ceviche I've ever had. They serve it on a food truck and they have some seats by the truck to enjoy your food. Now you're thinking theres no way the food is fresh if its served on a truck. Well the quality and textures here are 5 stars. My friends and I ordered the Tacos de Camaron, Poseidon and Mixta. The octopus and shrimp were cooked perfectly. Not too chewy and the combination of citrus with their house made salsa were perfect. Between the 4 of us this was plenty of food. Prices are reasonable and portions are great. Wait times can be long, but well worth it. Theres a big parking lot across the street and plenty of street parking around the corner. I would recommend eating right away as the food can get soggy.“
“4++ this taco truck came up on my search when I was looking for good tacos in the area. The person I ordered from was friendly. The truck seems to be a super popular spot in the area. I got my usual when going to a new truck / taqueria, etc. - a mulita and some tacos. In this case, I got a carne asada mulita (very large) and three tacos - Al pastor, cabeza, and a pescado. I thought every thing I ordered was tasty and well done with my favorite prob being the Al pastor taco and the mulita. I like that they give you pretty much everything you need in the form of small cups and baggies. I came on the later side on a Friday evening. Just got out of the gym and was leaving the area and I was hungry. So I sat in one of the provided stools and used another stool to dress up my stuff. It wasn't as busy as I was expecting on a Friday night but maybe I beat the late night rush. It was kind of a dark area and not a lot of foot traffic so parking was really easy to find.“
“Very good place located on street I'm front of Nogales high-school in West Covina, CA. They offer delicious comfort desserts like; Fried plantains Churros. You can dress them up with caramel chocolate and condensed milk. Delicious a must try! Man is very nice and service is fast. Not a lot of sitting since it's a lunch truck but we enjoy in the car or wait to we get home but it's hard cuz it smells so good and taste good. Try it. What do you have to loose?“
“High quality meats. Delicious sauces. Friendly service. Plenty of area to hang out. Of all the taco trucks I've tried in the LA area, this has to be in my top 5. The quality is top-notch. For one thing, the beef tongue was a GIGANTIC portion. A little unreal to be honest.“
“I've frequented Zero Gravitea many many times because I love their food and concept! One of my favorite items to order is their Crispy Chicken. Super crispy, crunchy, and delicious flavor. You also have the option of adding in onion and basil if you wanted. I've also tried out the Fried Tofu, Chicken Gizzards, and Chicken Soft Knee Bones. They're all such a delight! I also recommend ordering the Yakult Green Tea (50% sweet), which is my go-to drink. So good! They are located right outside San Gabriel Superstore on San Gabriel Blvd. They also run some promotions every now and then, so it's best to often check their Instagram (@zero_gravitea_tw) for updates.“
“I must say, I dont eat birria tacos that much, but this was fantastic. Came here on a Saturday night and there was a line. If theres a line, you have to assume that its pretty decent. Since we were out in the area, we really wanted Chinese food, but this place just kept on calling our name. We got the tacos with cheese and the consume on the side. The tacos were so juicy and flavorful an the cheese was just oozing out of the tacos. The consume was salty and almost like a beef broth. 3 tacos were definitely a decent amount since we also ordered other food from a different restaurant. Like all food trucks, there is no where to sit unless its the sidewalk. They also have a variety of other options like burritos, tortas, and quesadillas if tacos arent your thing. Staff was friendly and everything was made hot and quick. It was so hot that my food was still steaming. Would definitely come back again!“
“Finally stopped by this food truck after walking and driving by it for a year or so and I'm glad I did. I'm just sad it took me so long. I had the asada and pollo tacos and they are very yummy. (still eating them as I write this. Lol) I also appreciate the little bag of veggies and the potato they gave me. Not sure if thats usually included, but it was a nice surprise. And the prices are more than fair. Also they two gentlemen working seem really nice. I'm sure I'll be back.“
“(Translated by Google) Very tasty food, especially the minced ones, they are delicious I always order them with roasted meat, even if it costs you extra .. the Cemitas are also very good the Milanese and the leg ones ... I have been coming to this lunchroom for years and only on two occasions huh Disillusioned, the first time I ordered the minced meat with meat which by the way are normally without meat and they forgot to put the meat on it but I called and they told me to come back for free ones, but I never asked for them and well the second time was when in the middle of the pandemic the cook was not wearing a mask and my husband kindly told him to put it on, he replied "if you like it well and if not I'll return your money" it was a Thursday that by the way on Thursdays and Sundays I think other people change. Take turns the lunch box but the food is still not good on those days and they are like very rude and despotic ... but anyway, the other days excellent Mexican street food ♥ ️(Original)Comida muy rica en especial las picaditas, están deliciosas siempre las pido con carne asada, aunque te cueste extra.. las Cemitas también son muy buenas las de milanesa y las de pierna… tengo años viniendo a esta lonchería y solo en dos ocasiones me eh desilusionado, la primera vez ordené las picaditas con carne que por cierto normalmente son sin carne y pues se les olvidó ponerle la carne pero llame y me dijeron que regresara por unas gratis, pero nunca las pedí y bueno la segunda vez fue cuando en plena pandemia el cocinero no estaba usando tapabocas y mi esposo amablemente le dijo que se lo pusiera, el respondió “si te gusta bien y sino te regreso tu dinero” fue un jueves que por cierto los jueves y domingos creo cambian a otras personas no se si se turnen la lonchera pero la comida igual no está buena en esos días y son como muy groseros y despotas… pero en fin los demás días excelente comida mexicana callejera ♥️“
“First time at Rodney's. Tried the Brisket Sandwich. The brisket was perfectly cooked, nicely smokey and tender.I didn't like his style of BBQ sauce. It was too sweet for me. I may buy some brisket by the pound to make my own sandwich. Rodney is super friendly and really seems to care about getting it right. Professional.“
“It's not affordable but worth the price. The Deluxe combo set is the best option to start. You'll be able to taste almost all the options on the menu. It is enough to fill up a regular person, but it's too good to stop there. The orchata was nice, and the flan desert was amazing, creamy, and sweet enough to cleanse your palate if the taste of the birria plus onions and cilantro bother you after. This was my first time trying this chain and location, and I will say I recommend it, and I'm coming back.“

“I usually go to a taco truck nearby but since they were unexpectedly closed, we found Alma's and went there instead. They prefer cash but I think they take Zelle! I got a flour quesadilla and it was meaty and cheesy just how I like my quesadillas! It also comes with a side of veggies and beans. My sister got a potato taco which I had a bite of and that was unique and delicious also!“
“Such a cool thing to have in this area! Huge variety of eating options from noodle shops, samosas, fried chicken, Hawaiian shaved ice and many more! Tons of shops with all sorts of random goodies. It can be crazy crowded at nights so plan accordingly“
“Taco truck's still here after all these years. So glad they open late. Quick and convenient. They have interesting meat options. Cash only. But they now take Zelle. Pricing went up just a little to $1.75 (used to be $1.25) These are still my favorites: Cabeza (Head) Tripa (intestines) Lengua (tongue)“
“Our favorite food truck! The food is excellent - I especially love the lengua burrito and pastor tacos. Everyone is always so friendly and service is quick, even when there's a crowd. I'm so glad they're close to home and open late (usually). If you're in the neighborhood (Nogales and La Puente - by the KFC), check it out!“
“Ordered a lb of Cajun Style Shrimp! This was so good! & let me get in to the POTATOES! They are must with this order! The potatoes are the best I've ever had that's including boiling crab's! It like picked up all the flavors melts in your mouth! If I can order nothing but potatoes in the sauce I would!“
“I looooooove their suadero tacos. Such a sad day when they run out. And their salsa verde is so addicting. I hope they start selling it in bottles so I can keep at home . Lots of parking around their truck. They are always kind and have access to pay with card.“
“I wish I could give a 6 star rating! Profound was at a local brewery and I quickly became obsessed with their pizzas...especially their pickle pizza! When it was time to have my baby shower I reached out to them to see if they do smaller events and they do! They showed up on time and cooked their hearts out! They served endless amounts of pizza, pasta, salad and chicken wings. Everything was so fresh and delicious! My guests kept commenting on how friendly they were too (even helping some people carry large gifts in)! I can not recommend them enough!“
“My sister brought me here after she had her life changed from tasting their carne asada taco. She said "ok i don't want to hype it up too much for you but this is my fave taco spot in our area". I was like mmm I'll be my own judge of that. She bought me 3 carne asada tacos. I liked them. They were pretty standard though I've never had a bad carne asada taco in our area. I can think of other taco trucks whose carne asada tacos compare. But then she got me a carne asada quesadilla. It came with a thing of sour cream and a thing of ketchup. (They have diff salsas too. Their habanero is the spiciest if you like spicy) Different but I'll take it. When i tell you it tastes like an abeula made it im not joking. I think the carne asada really shines with the cheese and flour tortilla. They're like delicious best friends. But I don't wanna hype it up for you. You should go try it for yourself!“
“Phenomenal food and amazing service!! Ivan was so kind and generous and he made our first time there a really great one. They don't skimp on the meat and the consome is the best! The birria burrito was my favorite and we'll definitely be back for more!“
