“I was craving fish and chips on Saturday. When we walked in there wasn't anyone to greet us. They only had two people one at the bar and one serving plus there was a big party in the patio. Since it was so busy we did have to wait a bit to order and get our food. My fish was amazing, and the burger was tasty. It definitely has a pub feel. There are high tables by the bar and booths on the side. Our server was running around, but still had a smile and great attitude!“
“It was such a nice place to find while walking my pup's vet appt. Pet friendly. Happy hour Thursday. Beer: Pizza Port CA honey was smooth. The fish tacos were light, crunchy, and full of flavor. The service was very accommodating and helpful.“
“This was a very chill place. Good comfort and finger food. We got there too late to order from the menu. They stop serving meals I think at 10-10:30pm because we tried ordering and the waitress said that only shareable finger foods were available. And then they stop serving food all together at 11:30pm so make sure you get there early enough to order from the menu. I'm not sure if they have the same band playing or have different bands every Saturday. It was the first time we went. The band was good and although it was very loud, we still enjoyed it. All in all we had a great time. 18% Gratuity is added in your note on parties of 6+.“
“The food is great! The service is great! Bur the new trivia on Tuesdays is not. In fact, it's terrible. I would consider myself a "regular" coming in 2-3 times a month for King Trivia. This week was the first time I attended it since the change to Best Trivia Ever. The trivia host was fine but the format is overwhelming and a bit patronizing. We answered around 60 trivia questions on paper then the host had to "grade" it. Needless to say, we are very disappointed in this change. I'll be back at some point for the excellent food, but not for trivia.“
“Coming here for fights and sports hits the spot. They have a variety of brews on tap, they change the beer menu every few weeks, which we love, and they have daily specials Mon -Thurs and happy hour specials. Love coming here the ambiance is cool. This might we came on a Monday and they have a burger$beer special, used to be 10$but went up to 15. Either way great lil special ,and we ordered the tarantula brown ale which so smooth and tasty! Recommend coming here for any fight events, sports, and check out their daily specials! Also they have many other Irish plates that are also rare and delicious!“
“Must try spot!!!! Found my new favorite spot for chiliquiles. Everything was made perfect, and the freshness in the food you can really taste customer service was awesome as well. I would make a reservation before I head over, but you won't be “
“Love how you can buy food from Whole Foods salad bar and come in and enjoy it at Shuffle Bar. It's connected to Whole Foods, so it makes sense. It's never crowded, and there's a decent size t.v where you can watch sports games and get a cold adult beverage. You can order food from the Shuffle Bar menu as well. It might be a better option, especially for hot items. It will be served warm and fresh.“
“I have been to Ireland twice and I can attest that their Guiness Stew is just as good as it is on the Emerald Isle. I love the food here, have tried several dishes, the atmosphere is always fun and vibrant and, their service is 5 star. I love that the owner and chef will come out and check in with you and are always happy to have you. The bar is awesome, the music is entertaining and food/service always meets our expectations.Matt Denny's is easily my favorite place to eat here in Monrovia/Arcadia, highly recommend for you pub food enthusiasts.“
“Great Beer and really good Tacos. My girlfriend had a hamburger that was made with Wagyu Beef. It was perfect. Lots of flavor. The DJ was playing and set the mood for a really good time. Everyone in our group was really happy we went. We will be making this our place in Azusa CA.“
“I love the Gastropub. It's a cool hang-out spot with good food, a huge selection of beer with soft lighting, music videos and sports on the TV's. I like the tavern pizza, it's a large thin-crust pizza that's so good you can't stop eating it. My personal favorite is the Mexican flatbread, it's freaking delicious. I get it with no chili powder though but if you like spicy then don't omit it. The Chicago deep dish is delicious, I order it just cheese and I ask for diced tomatoes on top of it. But before you order any of this, you MUST try the pretzel with beer cheese. It's a crime to go there and not order it with your beer. My husband says it pairs perfectly with his beer, but I just like to dip it in ranch dressing and its delicious just like that. I have also ordered the pub fries; they are like mojo's from Shakey's but plumper. You can ask them to make it extra crispy if that's your thing. And their regular fries are good too. There's more than just pizza there, they have burgers, pastas, and sandwiches. My cousin was happy with his meatball sandwich. Gastropub is my favorite place to relax with good food. They play all my favorite music, from Iron Maiden to Evanescence to the Rolling Stones. They also have Laker games there, which is why I go so often, and it's a family-run business which I love. If I had to suggest an improvement, I would say a larger screen to play sports specifically, and a cushion on the chairs. In the meantime, it's a great start for a new place and I can't wait for the new sign and to watch this place grow.“
“Bodega Bar & Grill is a true gem in the Covina dining scene, offering a winning combination of delicious food, inviting ambiance, and friendly service.I absolutely love their burgers and their French fries that are crunchy and well-seasoned, not to mention the best wings I have ever had. in addition to all the comfort foods, there are healthy and vegetarian options on the menu as well.Whether you're a local resident or just passing through, do yourself a favor and pay them a visit.“
“Good selection of beer, and great food. Can't ask for more. The food was flavorful, especially the ahi tuna salad. It was seared perfectly and paired well with the salad dressing, and with added crunch of the fried onions, really made the salad amazing. The shepherds pie had a nice crust, with the potatoes being creamy, and the seasoned beef, really tied the pie together.Although the flat bread chicken pesto was good, I wished the flatbread was a bit crisper, and the dish less oily. But overall it was highly enjoyable.I don't usually mention this, but the bathroom was extremely clean too. Considering I went in mid afternoon on a holiday. So A+ to the staff to keeping the bar up with such high standards.I'm excited to stop by again to try out the other dishes“
