“Dumb me is always so hungry when I come here that I always forget to take pics of my sandwiches. I've been here three or four times. I like the Beast Mode sandwich. My sons always get the Madison Bumgarner. I love the fun names of the sandwiches, pretty cool. Will keep coming here.“
“"A Delightful Pizza Experience!"I recently had the pleasure of dining at Pieology Monrovia , and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff's friendliness created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The service was prompt, and the timing was impeccable. Most importantly, the pizza quality surpassed my expectations – each bite was a delightful symphony of flavors. I highly recommend Pieology Monrovia for anyone looking for not just a meal, but a memorable dining experience.Vegetarian options: Vegan optionsKid-friendliness: entertainments for kids“
“Came here to try their Pan de Elote and their Chocolate Cake. The Pan de Elote was amazing - specially topped with ice cream! The Chocolate Cake was too dense and sweet for my liking but definitely coming back for their Pan de Elote! They have their own lot so parking was easy for us.“
“Today, i try one of the famous place in los angeles located at west covina called "PORTO'S"I heard a lot of peoples said they go great bakery. So here i am, well it wasn't new thing if you guys heard that this place surely need queue, and i did it too today haha. The place cozy, they got indoor and outdoor for you to hang out and relax enjoy thr bakery and the drinks. For the famous bakery surely are cheese roll, i love it, the outside cheese roll so cruncy with cheese inside, so yummy and super recommended, today i try different bread called "hot cross bun", well for me....its taste standard, i prefer the cheese roll, but you need to try it and who know you love the hot cross bun too.I also try the food called "Lechon platocubano", its rice set with pork gravy, and the beans gravy plus fried banana i think this banana have honey choco on it, im not too sure but it taste sweet. For you who love salty taste, you got to buy "ham croquette" and "croquette depollo", taste yummy too.And for the best drink is "smoothie guayaba" this is made from.guava and had whip cream on it. The smoothie mango also good, for you who loves coffe, got to try "ice dulce de leche latte" are the best. So, i can say long queue are worth it!Parking: The parking so big it just because too much customer make me hard to find parking if so crowded, haha.“
“Visiting from out of town and was so happy to try this entirely gluten free gem! The staff was so friendly, we had breakfast biscuits, donuts, coffee and more. Everything was so good. I also got a caramel bread pudding to go and it was amazing. Like another reviewer said, thank you for existing!!“
“Whenever we are in Glendora or near there, we try to stop at Crust and Crumble. It is so good! It's nice for a quick little bite for breakfast or to grab a little pastry to go. We highly recommend the Crusty. The bread, their sauce, and bacon—everything is done to perfection each time. We like to say, you know a sandwich is good when you can reheat it later, and it still tastes amazing, and that's exactly what these are. I saved half of my Crusty in the fridge for the next day, took it out, and put it in the toaster oven, and it was still delicious. We also always get the strawberry cheese Danish—the perfect combination of just a little bit of sweet and delicious strawberries. It does get kind of crowded inside, so please keep that in mind. When it's sunny outside, there are very few places to sit down because there are other restaurants nearby, so plan accordingly.I'm a huge coffee buff, so their coffees are just so-so. They're not horrible, but they're also not the best. So if you're just going for a delicious latte, this may not be the spot, but the lattes are still pretty good. They take to go orders over the phone so if you're in a rush, we recommend doing that. It takes about twenty to thirty minutes depending on how crowded they are to get your order through.“
“A great crepe place in Temple City. They not only have dessert crepes but also have savory crepes with lots of meat and seafood available as well. Ordering is easy and there are an insane variety of toppings and add-ons available. I tried their Tuna, added bacon and other veggies. Glad I ordered it to go because once you start eating it, it gets sloppy good. I will be going back again“
“I’ve been a diehard loyalist to the Arts District Pizzanista, and it’s still so odd to me that they opened one in sleepy San Marino, but no complaints from me! The slices are the same taste and quality as their AD counterpart, and the vibe is as chill as the area that it’s in. It’s a must for a casual lunch if you’re in the area.“
“Mantra is probably my favorite coffee shop in the area. Not only do they have the best and freshest coffees and teas, but the atmosphere is so inviting. Everyone who works there has always been friendly and helpful. I also enjoy the little local makers market.“
“Great food and great customer service. Lots of seating areas...Vegetarian options: Grill cheeseParking: Lots of parking spacesKid-friendliness: They give stickers to the kidsWheelchair accessibility: Lots of doors and easy wheelchair access“
“Stopped in for the first time this morning. I ordered The Oslo breakfast sandwich on sourdough (rather than the everything bagel ) and I must say that it was amazing! The flavors, the textures. All the ingredients are fresh. There is so much detail in this sandwich. I happened to be in the area for work but I would drive across town for this sandwich! Staff was very friendly.Dietary restrictions: They accommodated my seed allergy by replacing the everything bagel with sourdough bread. Highly recommend ordering it this way!“
“We absolutely love Susie Cakes. Every cupcake and cake that we have gotten there have been so delicious. The chocolate flourless cupcake is probably my favorite, it is like biting into a chocolate pillow.Today we tried the candy cane cake, champagne cupcake and mimosa cupcake. The candy cane cake is chock full of candy cane pieces. The mimosa had a light orange flavor and the champagne cupcake had a very light flavor in the frosting.“
“NOTHIN' BETTER THAN 2 FIRM MEATY BALLS AND A THICK LONG SAUSAGE!!I'm a HUGE fan of the Old Spaghetti Factory!!! I've never been disappointed, since 1972, at the San Jose location (I was 4 years old)! Atmosphere, food and service have always been consistently great! This place is very nostalgic for me! (Even if it isn't the exact location as the one I visited as a kid(. Nothing but great memories! I was GIDDY when it was decided that we would be eating my "one meal" (I'm trying that stupid one meal a day diet /plan), at Spaghetti Factory!!!Today I enjoyed a large plate of the mouth watering Meat Lovers Treat! (See Photo). My BFF (she's also my Birthday Twin) Jennifer B., had a delicious and hearty plate of Chicken Parmigiana (see photo)! We were both delighted and thrilled with our meals! I'm very pleased that I chose to waste my calories on this meal!!! (Unlike my displeasure of wasting time as a kid, waiting for my father to pick me up for a visitation). For dessert we both chose my favorite ice cream; spumoni. Eating spumoni, gives me as much pleasure as listening to gossip about my previous bad bosses.Natalie was our wonderful server. She was as friendly as a Harikrishna and Jehovahs Witness at an airport! Very attentive and checked in on us frequently. Table runners were also attentive. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!Of course I’ll be back! I’ve been enjoying Spaghetti Factory’s for 50 years!!!! MAMA PAJAMA!!!!“
“Lavender breve is delicious. It tastes like real lavender. I had no idea what a breve was - but it’s creamy, flavorful and still gives you a taste of coffee. There is always a line but your order still comes out quickly. Limited seating indoor and out, more of a grab and go kind of place. Family friendly- always children with their parents when i’m here.“
“This is one of our usual Italian places for takeout since they no longer have dine in. We had a take out order for hot chicken parmesan sandwich, added the extra cheese and veggies like onions, mushrooms and green peppers, (but they forgot to add that in; hence the -1) like they have for their hoagies. And also ordered the side quart salad with extra dressing on the side. This place is always consistent with their flavors and always fresh. This was perfect for two people to share. And we added a can of Dr. Pepper. The staff are very friendly and helpful. If you like condiments, you have to ask for it. I always ask for red pepper flakes, plates, forks, and napkins. They pack it nicely in a box always. The wait time is usually about 15-20 mins depending on the amount of orders they get. Usually, by the time I place the order and drive out, it's ready for me. They have a small parking lot in the back and side street parking on Coolidge Ave off Washington Blvd. Enjoy!!“
“Came here after a long road trip with a big group and had an amazing experience! Great menu selection, and server helped recommend what to order, what dishes, vegetables, meats, noodles etc. Food came out quickly, they gave us a little cart for everything. They frequently came to clear empty dishes and help if we needed to order more. I highly recommend the scallion crispy pancake! The sauces are great, even better when mixed. The soup tasted great and we took some home too :) Highly recommend this place.“
“Amazing food! Plant based. Even if this isn't your diet the food is amazing and you will find something really delicious to eat! Their wine and beer is organic and they have a fun happy hour as well. Nice patio. They will accommodate your dog in the patio area. Definitely a favorite!Dietary restrictions: Looking forward to their choice of Impossible Burger switched to Beyond Burger to avoid the soy! When you have the choice why eat the soy! Also hoping for more gluten free options for those of us unable to eat gluten.“
“If you've ever been to an 85C cafe, then you know the baked goods are amazing. From sweet to delicious and delicately made to perfection. This establishment is always busy but for good reason. The cakes are tasty and oh so fancy. I recommend for anyone that wants something a little outside the normal. The flavors and incorporating fruits have a way of dancing on your taste buds.“
“I recently had the opportunity to visit Nothing Bundt Cakes, a bakery specializing in bundt cakes located in Pasadena. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the warm and inviting atmosphere of the establishment. The decor is classic and cozy, with an ambiance that is both comforting and inviting. The menu at Nothing Bundt Cakes features a variety of delicious bundt cakes, with a range of flavors and sizes to choose from. On this occasion, I had the pleasure of trying the classic flavor of Red Velvet, which was expertly prepared and displayed a high level of skill in its execution. The cake was moist and flavorful, with a delicate crumb and a rich cream cheese frosting. The staff at Nothing Bundt Cakes were friendly and knowledgeable, offering great recommendations and helping me choose the perfect cake for my occasion. They were also able to accommodate my request for a custom inscription, making the experience of visiting the bakery even more special. In conclusion, I highly recommend Nothing Bundt Cakes to anyone in search of a delicious and indulgent dessert experience. The cakes are top-notch and are sure to exceed expectations. Whether you're in the mood for a sweet treat or need a special cake for a special occasion, this is the place to go.“
“Went here for lunch. Got the grilled pork bahn mi and a jasmine iced tea. The bahn mi was bigger than it looked and tasted really good. The bread is flaky and the meat was a nice flavor. The service was excellent. Nice enough seating area if you want to eat in. This place made for a perfect quick little lunch spot, which was a bright spot in a tough trip for a funeral.“
“We pre-ordered a cake online and it was ready to be picked up when we arrived. Nothing Bundt Cakes is usually a solid option if you need a cake or want mini bundt cakes to share for an event. I always thought the cakes were tasty and moist.“
“Update: 2024. Been back since my “ missing avocado toast” incident. Almond butter croissant is excellent and told to WAIT for the toast when paying and receiving my bakery items. They have seating for small parties of 1-4……..The service is friendly but they’re all trying to help each other with larger orders and no one verifying completeness but of course they charged full order with $8 avocado toast missing. And yet, I’ll be back because those damn chocolate almond croissants are ridiculously good.“
“Was in the mood for some dan ta as my usual place was closed for the day. Found this on Yelp and thought it was worth a shot. Really great Portuguese and regular egg tarts. Crispy outer crust and a super creamy and tasty custard. Great prices, service, and people. I'd gladly come back to try more items“
“Ana and Aman are so friendly and welcoming! The smoothies are really good as well. The shop is clean and it's a nice place to get something refreshing after work. I also think it's a nice place to sit and draw while I enjoy my drink.“
“Even though this branch has been open for months now, it still feels like it's unfinished or maybe just understocked. The drinks come out super slowly, so I suggest ordering from the kiosk as soon as you enter. By the time you've made up your tray of baked goods, stood in line, and finished paying, your drink should be ready. Maybe.“
“This was my first time at Mooyah Burgers I have to honestly say that was one of the best Burgers and fries I have ever had. (I live around 40 miles away from Mooyah and happened to be in that neighborhood that Saturday I had to go back on Sunday because it was good) I feel bad because I don't remember the lady that helped me, she was so nice and accommodating. If it helps, I was there on Saturday March 20th around 3pm. She deserves a raise. Thank you so much for the excellent service!“
