“I saw that this spot had great reviews so I decided to stop by.Customer service was excellent and very kind when I entered. I just ordered a classic Philly cheesesteak with fries. The cheese steak was good & the fries were descent.The flavor was ok, just wish their sauce for the Philly cheesesteak was on the bun or on the meat. They’re in little mini containers. The fries were crispy but not too seasoned and they only have packeted ketchup too. Overall it was a descent lunch.I’d definitely come back to this spot again to try their other menu items.“
“I wandered by abnd was quickly greeted by server. She asked what i would like before I was seated... I went with the lule plate and a drink. I was served rather quick. I was rewarded with a fragrant plate. The server warned me the hot sauce is spicy. Of course this the first thing I tried haha. She was not lying it had a good kick to it. The meat was juicy flavorful, and bit pink? I was ok with that. The bread was delicious. The only thing I was disapointed was the plastic cutlery. 1/3 into the meal poink! the fork break cutting the lule. Luckily there was enough of the handle to continue. I finished up and paid inside and left a happy camper.“
“I love Charley's, the staff was really helpful and friendly. Thank you again to the two staff members who were there on 1.20.24 during the afternoon. They made my experience that much better because the two worked well together, and they looked like they enjoyed their job, which is always a plus for me when I go out and eat in at a restaurant. I would definitely recommend this location to everyone. I like the classic philly cheesesteak, but today I tried the chicken philly steak since it was on special, and it tasted great. This location offers a military discount for those vets out looking for good discounts when eating out. It is located in the Azelea shopping center in South Gate so there is plenty of parking.“

“the only thing open in the food court at 4 pm on a wednesday. thank you edgard! you are the star of this establishment! he was so sweet and kind and listened to everything very carefully. he also reminded me to use my charleys app and i got a $4 lemonade for free thanks to my rewards! service is phenomenal! they were also the only restaurant open on this side of the food court. everything was clean, the chef and edgard were courteous. our food came out so hot and fresh and super quick! i haven't had charleys in a while and we had a very stressful day so it was wonderful to chat over some delicious food. one thing i really enjoyed is the quality. it make you feel happier in the moment that you took a close friend or family member to eat and the food is of a certain quality. happy tummies, happy mind. i very much appreciated the charleys for being open and working so hard. everything was phenomenal and it's a wonderful blessing we had the chance to stop by. edgard, thank you again! and to the chef, you worked your ass off and it shows! amazing food! you both made our day!“
