They open at 10 am and no boba till 1130 am. Yelp says 11 am open. No longer serves food as chef retired. I recall teas being stronger before the change. They no longer honor the stamp card i had been collecting. This is my least fav location. Arcadia is much better
Satisfying!! Very awesome. Sweetness at 100% did taste like a litte too much though. They have a happy hour so that the drinks are taken at 20% off. I received the entire thing including boba for under $5. They keep sealedx procucts lf tea that be purchased as well. Great brew and place.
