Reviewed this a long time ago because I loved their portion size.Ordered Beef Rolls (8) and Braised beef and tendon soup. The meats omg.... sooo soft. And the beef rolls they put the sauce I like inside it. Just the right amount of cilantro. Perfection.
Ordered popcorn chicken and beef noodle soup! Popcorn chicken is breaded with tapioca starch! Great texture and flavor. Beef noodle has lots of beef chunks and tendon pieces. Soup was flavorful and not salty. Will definitely come back and try other items on the menu.

Best beef noodle soup that is sanitary! I say this because there are some very yummy shops in SGV for beef noodle soup but your stomach would not appreciate them. Really generous with the meat and tendons. The broth is amazing and tastes super authentic. There can be a wait if you come around noon on weekends where they get the lunch rush.
