“I was undecided between the breakfast quesadilla and a benedict. The server, Azeneth, informed me that Wave is renowned for its holiday sauce, so I opted for the heirloom tomato and basil benedict. I requested it with bacon but ultimately removed it. It was exceptionally delectable! I also ordered a caramel latte, which was of exceptional quality, suggesting that they source their coffee locally from a reputable brand. Azeneth provided attentive service throughout my meal. The restaurant is situated in Monterey, directly on the beach, offering a picturesque setting. I indulged in a delightful Italian fillo. If you are considering a breakfast visit, I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment.Parking: There are a few complimentary parking spaces available at the restaurant's location.“
“This place has a great breakfast. Food tasted fresh. Very friendly and helpful staff. Fast service. Large portions. They have all the condiments at the table including several hot sauces and creamers. The staff seemed to know most of the customers so I see that as repeate customers. I will definitely be back next time I'm in town.“
“This place is amazing! Came to the area for vacation with the family and I love good local food and I can say this is the place! I had the chorizo scramble and let me say “chefs kiss”! This is a must visit place for food I will definitely remember this one. The wait time wasn’t to bad considering it was Friday of Easter weekend, the staff where pleasant and super friendly.“
“Annie's House is the best Chinese food in the Monterey peninsula area! The locally-owned restaurant has delicious food, superb service, and a great atmosphere. The owner, Annie (presumably), does a phenomenal job at making everyone want to come back for more! She provides wonderful hospitality and is incredibly kind and generous.I have gotten the Kung Pao Chicken and the Szechuan Chili Beef here, both with Fried Rice and Chow Mein. From what I can ascertain from those two dishes, it's hard to go wrong! Plus, it's quite affordable with the combination plates coming out to just $13.50 before tax. COME HERE!!!Vegetarian options: While limited, Annie's House does offer a number of vegetarian options. I don't know which options are vegan, but I'm sure they'd be able to find something for you!Parking: There are three parking spots in the tiny parking lot, as well as whatever street parking is available. I've never had trouble finding a spot but I know some who have.“
“The hostess Mariz was very attentive and friendly which made the atmosphere even better. The food was so delicious!?Loved all of them with the fresh vegetables.(The strawberry lemonade was a bit sweeter than usual. Suggestion: maybe the sauce for the Steak would be better by it's side)Thank you for everything! “
“First of all let me say that my food was delicious. The sausage was very good especially with the syrup. And the banana pancakes were very sweet with very fresh bananas. My bacon was rich and not too fatty. The syrup I got with my Katy cakes was hot and the pancakes were soft and buttery. The food took about 20 mins to arrive and the waiter was nice in providing us with his suggestions and his favorite menu item. Now the environment was unreal. The walls were lined with rodeo style paintings, posters, trinkets and more! We were only provided with one paper napkin each which I wasn't a fan of. The table was also sticky when we were sat and we ended up cleaning it ourselves. Overall, I wouldn't eat here again but it's a great experience to try.“
“Wow!!! Everything was so delicious!! The crab cakes were so fresh! They didn’t have a lot of filler, just delicious crab! The reef rider was perfectly done! The potatoes were also amazing. We didn’t get the hubcap pancake, but it was HUGE! Guy Fiere agrees!“
