“We have been going to Heirloom Pizza a few times a year for a while now and have always enjoyed great food and good service. This was until last night. The food was still delicious and the server was good. That was the limit of a good experience. The hostess had a look that we were bothering her by wanting to eat there. We arrived about 7pm and they were busy, but it only took about 10 minutes to be seated. We ordered fairly quickly and then waited for over 50 minutes to have an appetizer to reach our table and another 25 minutes for our main dish. By the time we received our appetizer the restaurant had only 5-6 tables with people still sitting. We understand that it takes a little longer for a deep dish pizza, but well over an hour in unacceptable. In the 50 minutes we saw no less than a dozen or so orders go out the door for pickup orders. I understand they sell pizza and there is likely a large amount of business that doesn't come an stay to eat, but we felt forgotten. If we choose to go back, maybe we should order before arriving.“

“Cozy atmosphere, crazy fast service, the kindest workers, and the best pizza!! I’ve gone a couple times and they never fail! Everything from the lasagna to the caesar salad and everything in between is awesome. They have a live band sometimes and have tiramisu Tuesdays! (Who could say no to free dessert)

“This place is really good!!!! The dining room area is big enough to have a party or for your office events. Also, the pizzas are so good and tasteful not to forget about the full bar and, of course, the cold beer!!!!! The staff members and the owners are so kind and helpful. I really enjoyed and loved this amazing restaurant. I highly recommend this place 👌 mmm. I'm so hungry now .I'm on my way.“

“Great Sicilian pizza. Best I had in a long time. Italian sausage, just right amount of chilli. No cheese, no stuffed crust, authentic Italian. We ordered takeaway and even though they were busy, it was ready in 10 mins. Service was excellent, they threw in the ciabatta and virgin olive oil for free as they didn't have garlic bread. First time here, wish we lived here, but sadly just passing through.“

“The service was wonderful. 2 items we ordered were out. NBD. Our medium rare steak was blue which they promptly fixed to a mid well. Ok. NBD. The meatloaf was thin sliced and way over cooked the mash and veg was just above room temp. Honestly if I lived here I'd probably go back but as a tourist with one shot .. I won't return when there are so many other places to try. I like the vibes and the food was trying. Perhaps the kitchen staff was over it because it was NYE. Whatever the case it was ok.

Vegetarian options: They had tofu on the menu, which is one of the big reasons we chose to try it and they were out.
