El Guero Carnitas y Birria Estilo Michoacan is a new family-owned restaurant with delicious food. They serve a variety of dishes, including the flavorful molcajete platter. While they specialize in carnitas, they only offer them to go, along with buche. The salsa could use some more flavor, but the chicharrónes are a highlight. Excellent customer service, especially from Octavio, and a fun atmosphere with a great drag show and music make it a fun place to visit. It's recommended for a good time out, even if the food options are limited.
