“My family’s first time eating dumplings, and it was great the service here is quick and all the dumplings we tried especially the pork soup dumplings and chicken wontons in Chile oil were amazing. A great choice for families or first timers for dumplings.“
“About the best shop in the area for frozen dumplings. Wide variety including 4 kinds of vegetarian dumplings. The zucchini dumpling is pretty good. But the best veggie is not listed on their menu or website: Beyond meat & corn dumpling. This is the closest veg version to the juicy pork dumpling. Just ask for it at the store. Now serving hot take-out dishes (see photo of menu). Not all items may be available every day. You can call ahead and check availability, and they may even set some aside for you to pick up if they're running low.“
“Take it from a Hong Kong kid...these are seriously legit zongzi that taste just like the cantonese ones I grew up with. Definitely above your typical market rates, but I promise these will be true to the OG flavors. It's mostly a food pick-up type of service where you walk up to a shared space and ring a doorbell to have an aunty bring out your stuff.Online ordering was how I did it, but you can also call/text an order over the phone. The ordering process is a bit unusual in that you have to plan these ahead of time (by about 3-days or so depending on time of week) then wait for a confirmation text on the day of. Unfortunately, impromptu cravings must likely be held at bay. Sometimes you can short-notice stuff if they have leftovers, but that's defintely a gamble. With either planning or luck, you'll then walk off with a hefty bag of deliciousness. You can have the option of getting them freshly cooked or frozen (for stocking up).The zongzi are well packaged and tightly wrapped with color-codings to the string to separate the fillings from each other. It's a bit cryptic, but you'll notice those correspond with the pictures on their ordering site. Descriptions of the fillings are true to their amount and pretty well packed with goodness (none of the mostly-rice-zongzi here). After cracking the first one open and taking my first bite, it was like that Ratatouille moment with Anton having flashbacks to his childhood (but like the Chinese version). Filled with delicious aromas and rich succulent glory, with not a dry spot in (culinary) sight. If that hasn't convinced you to at least try these buggers, I'm not sure what will!“

“We’ve been dining here for years and it’s our go-to AUTHENTIC Szechuan comfort food! Kathleen (owner) is SUPER FRIENDLY (completely customer oriented) and will do anything to make it right for you. Anything less than 5 stars is just not right so let her know if something doesn’t meet your expectations and give her an opportunity to delight you.“

“So much deliciousness in our order, from the Garlic String Bean to the Shanghai Pan Fried Soup Dumpling (6) to the Har Gow Shrimp Dumpling (8) to the Pork Dumpling W. Napa Cabbage ALL EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS. However, the Salt & Pepper Fish, though very tasty, had an oddly sweet-tasting batter - just weird. But overall, this place serves amazingly good food.“

“The food is really close to salty pallet ( Shanghai cousin) . We really enjoyed the food. Meet with mushroom was tender and dumplings were juicy with thin skins. We also loved a steamed dumplings , also juicy and thin skins! Appreciate it! In the morning there are people waiting, but line goes quickly. We had 4 dishes for 65 $ . We took some food home.Parking: Parking for bikes also available“

“I recently dined at Hi Pot and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The restaurant offers a wide range of choices for hotpot, with a great selection of meats, vegetables, and other ingredients. I appreciated the variety of options, which allowed me to create a customized meal that was perfect for my taste preferences. The food was of excellent quality, with fresh ingredients that were perfectly cooked. I particularly enjoyed the spicy broth, which had just the right amount of heat and added a wonderful depth of flavor to the meal. The price was also very reasonable, considering the quality and variety of the food that was offered. Also, they offered free sweet tea. However, one area where Hi Pot could improve is in their staffing on Sundays. During my visit, it seemed like there was only one waiter on staff, which led to some delays in service. Despite this, the waiter was incredibly friendly and did his best to keep up with the demands of the restaurant. With more staff on hand, I'm sure the experience would have been even more enjoyable.Despite this minor issue, I would highly recommend Hi Pot to anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying hotpot meal. The food is of exceptional quality, with a wide range of choices that are sure to please any palate. The price is also very reasonable, making it an excellent value for the quality of food that is offered. If you're looking for a great hotpot experience, Hi Pot is definitely worth a visit.“

“Came early and did not have to wait. Everything was delicious here. - string beans: very well flavored. Beans were crunchy and delicious- pan fried dumplings: so so so good. Could not stop eating them. The pork inside was super juicy and flavorful- soup dumplings: quite good!- meatball soup: the weakest item of all the things we got, but still decent! Will probably skip this item to try other stuff next time thoThe menu has lots of options and everything looks great!“
