We crushed two pizzas – the sausage and chorizo one was spicy in just the right way, and the other with arugula, buffalo mozzarella, prosciutto, and Parmesan was the perfect mix of fresh and crispy. The kids demolished the croquettas with truffle sauce and couldn’t get enough of the truffle fries, while the octopus salad was super fresh. And the desserts, especially the hazelnut tartuffo and gelato, were out of this world.Service was top-notch, too. Everything came out quick, and they nailed it with the food quality. “Found this gem in downtown mountainview, craving for hand pulled noodles. I was surprised with the al dente texture of the noodles in broth and over sauce mixture. The spicy beef noodle soup was tasty. The broth was clean and little with subtle spiciness. The sliced beef is not as tender as I would have liked. It was more chewy than tender. I really enjoyed the braised rib noodle dish- the flavor with the fresh veggies was good and the noodles was cooked perfectly. Definitely order the dumplings! We also order the pork and cabbage pie- it was a big flat version of a fried dumpling. I really enjoyed it! The service was good, the staff were friendly and attentive! They also took our orders at the table.”

Fantastic burger that rivals the best out there (Shake Shack etc.) with solid fries, all for a much more reasonable price than Five Guys or other East Coast chains.Also, the restaurant was clean and the staff were incredibly nice. “The quality of food here is excellent. The availability of some of the menu options also depends on whether you visit for lunch, dinner, or brunch. The dinner menu is a bit limited and I wish they added Weisswurst and Wiener Schnitzel (veal) back to the dinner menu. But overall, dining at Ludwig’s is a great experience. My favorites are the Jägerschnitzel and the Currywurst. They also have a great selection of beers, of course, and the cocktail options are great as well.Parking: Small parking lot in back of restaurant plus plenty of street parking near by”

My experience with customer service has ALWAYS been positive.Food wise, I've NEVER had to take my food back or toss it. On 1 or 2 occasions, my fries weren't hot (fresh) and in saying that please make them fresh or ensure you serve hot/warm fries for every order. It really ruins the enjoyment when you have a nicely fresh made sandwhich or burger and your fries are cold.Otherwise, thank you! I don't expect perfection, but decent quality. It's a small sandwich shop in a strip mall at the corner of Rengstorff and Old Middlefield Way. Parking was okay for the small mall with two rows of spaces. It was busy with many people waiting to pick up their orders. Don't plan on eating in, I counted 7 chairs for the 3 small tables.I ordered Don's Original Tri-Tip on Sour Dough. The sandwich was hefty with a good amount of thinly sliced beef with a subtle teriyaki flavor. The quality of the meat was good with no fat and tender (for Tri-Tip). It was a little chewy but I expected that. It was soaked with dressing and messy, don't attempt to eat in your car.You order and pay at the register and wait for your name to be called. The sandwich was tasty and a good value. It's repeatable.”

I love how it's crispy fresh on the outside and delightful on the inside ?. I love and enjoyed the grilled pork Bahn mi so much, it wasn't over flavored, the meat was tender and just right with a combination of light spice from the fresh jalapeño mixed in with cilantro and the pickled veggies, mouth is watering again ?. Oh before I forget, I also tried out their Vietnamese coffee and WOW, wished I had 3 more. Glad to have discovered this place through doordash. ??”

“I've been trying different coffee shops to switch it up and find new favorites rather than the obvious chains. I would like to be able to sit and hang out while drinking my coffee; this didn't happen at Zombie Runner as it's more of a take out place (2 small tables and chairs outside with weather that is below 60, so that was not appealing). While the environment was not what I am looking for, I have to say the coffee was delicious(I ordered a basic latte with caramel) and I am enjoying it while sitting in my car (insert sad face for being in my car when I would rather be relaxing in a cozy cafe). The young lady who helped me was very pleasant and patient when I couldn't decide what I wanted. I haven't read the other reviews because I didn't want to have any expectations, but I also want to add that parking was super easy as it was right on the street in front of the coffee shop (which is attached to the Verve apartments). So, while it won't be a place that I will stop by for meeting up with a friend, I would definitely pick up a coffee to go if it was on my way to some place.”

“Alberta's was great. I went for the beginner and intermediate classes followed by the open dancing. It was a $15 entrance fee for the night. The door said no tennis shoes and T-shirts but that was enforced. You are allowed to bring in one sealed standard size water bottle with you or it is $3 to buy one. For sustainability reasons I really wish you could just purchase a glass of water or bring your own reusable. It was very warm inside and very crowded since it was a Friday night. There was also a coat check available. Overall had a great time and will definitely go back. Bicycle parking is available right in front.”

This location has a nice atmosphere with a large interior, a nice outdoor space with fire heaters, as well as a bar inside.I have only tried a few food items here, but have always enjoyed getting the protein bowls (pictured is the “Mexican Grill” bowl with shrimp from tonight).Some of the cocktails are tasty as well. We recommend trying one or both of the cocktails with passion fruit.Just wanted to throw a positive review out there since we’ve been here at least five times now, and I got a couple nice photos of our food today! ?”

“Came here with my girls for happy hour one day and I was actually quite surprised by the quality despite it being on the HH menu! We pretty much ordered everything from the HH selection. We started off with some cocktails which were super refreshing. We got 2 orders of pan con tomate, papas bravas, croquetas de jamon, pintxos morunos, and hamburgers which fed 10 people. If you're coming here for good vibes with a group of people, I would definitely recommend coming during happy hour when it's a little more affordable!”

They also were doing a kakuni dish as the special of the day that was so rich I saw stars. Great service, DBZ songs playing on speakers, such a fun time. We ordered the corned beef hash and almond encrusted brioche French toast. It was all very good, but the star was the biscuit that came as an option with the corned beef. It was crispy on the outside and fluffy and warm on the inside and a must have!”

“We happened across Stein's, as a late lunch or early dinner. The fruity beer flight was good--I want to try the dark flight next time---and it is a well-spaced restaurant with nice high ceiling, we had the slider flight--also really good and our favorite was the beef slider with peanut butter and bacon. The wings were great--skin very crispy--with house made sauces on the side (our favorite was the sweet and sour). Our server was awesome.”

“He just kept mumbling something about Il Fornaio in Mountain View, So I ask the Weasel what the hell's in Mountain View, we're almost to San Francisco and if you want Italian food we'll go to North Beach and get it.We must have Trimshoen at least 40 Flangler Hips down at the Hatbox Canyon Ranch for old Peckerwood Johnson, and we were tired and hungry. I took my pal Weasel along to keep the Higgliediggers sharp, ready and full of oil, and he did nothing but complain about everything, and now he wants to stop at the Mountain View Il Fornaio Italian Restaurant for some pasta, he says it's the best in the bay area! 5 stars he says ☆☆☆☆☆”

Not many customers on a Thursday afternoon, but we enjoyed chatting at the bar with a couple of regulars and our bartender, Rose, as well as each other, then sitting outside on the small patio in the warm sun and watching the foot traffic.I rated the food 5 stars, but by that I really mean the beer selection! “I’m from the East Coast, and even though I have spent a few years in California this is only my second trip to an In-N-Out. Fantastic burger that rivals the best out there (Shake Shack etc.) with solid fries, all for a much more reasonable price than Five Guys or other East Coast chains.Also, the restaurant was clean and the staff were incredibly nice. The soda fountains worked, the napkins were stocked, and the food came out quickly.If you come, be sure to look up the not so secret menu ahead of time. Animal style burgers are tasty.”

“Found this gem in downtown mountainview, craving for hand pulled noodles. I was surprised with the al dente texture of the noodles in broth and over sauce mixture. The spicy beef noodle soup was tasty. The broth was clean and little with subtle spiciness. The sliced beef is not as tender as I would have liked. It was more chewy than tender. I really enjoyed the braised rib noodle dish- the flavor with the fresh veggies was good and the noodles was cooked perfectly. Definitely order the dumplings! We also order the pork and cabbage pie- it was a big flat version of a fried dumpling. I really enjoyed it! The service was good, the staff were friendly and attentive! They also took our orders at the table.”
