If you want a small town restaurant where you see familiar community faces then this is your place. My family has been a regular for several years. I don't know of many restaurants nowadays where servers get to know who you are outside of just being a customer. Where do I start. It's been awhile since we have eaten at Emmy Lou's. Portions were fine. Food was typical breakfast quality. Bacon, eggs and potatoes. 4 other customers when we entered. By time we got our food about 20 min later there were only 2 people left. Service was poor took another 15 min sitting staring at the staff to get our check. This used to be a 5 star restaurant. Easy going low key locals diner in the south Napa. We arrived at 1130am on 4th of July. Immediately seated, served, and sated 35 minutes. Everywhere else was booked or closed. Secret gem. Shop local. Stay local.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of kids dishes in a homestyle dining room setting.Parking: We parked right in front. No problems.
