“I made a reservation online but the host didnt find it so she asked us to have a seat and wait. 20 mins go by and we're ignored so I asked if the wait was much longer, or if I could just order to go. I'm told they dont offer food Togo and then I'm asked for proof of my reservation. (Why didn't you ask me 20 mins ago??) Another 15 mins go by, we finally get lead to the back for a table and the noise was overwhelming!! It's like a huge warehouse and everyone is yelling to be heard. The food okay, not memorable. Great to have a restaurant onsite but driving into town would have been a better choice.“

Amazing pastas, lasagnas, sandwiches… and the atmosphere is pretty great because people like Tony and Rory and Alex have great energy, great personalities and do everything they can to make sure all Genova’s customers are satisfied and happy with their experiences there. 🙂“

“Food was amazing!!! I go there every year when we are in wine country.. this was our fifth time going... I was disappointed to see the hostess greet us in jeans!!! When the restaurant had a resort wear dress code!!! Someone had a child approx 3 years old was running around in the restaurant and someone with a dog came thru. I must say paying that much for a meal you want a relaxing environment . The food was excellent!!! And our server was great .“

“Top notch service and the food is so so good. We had a little mix up with our reservation so they gave us prosecco while we waited and then a free appetizer. I've lived in Napa for 20 years and the service at restaurants in the valley has gone down significantly, but A16 literally restored hope for the old Napa with high end service. We had the meatballs to start and they have the most amazing texture and flavor. We had the vesuvio pizza which was 10/10. Then we had the cavatelli pasta which was ok, but I'm not a red sauce pasta person. Overall excellent experience and you should go.“
