“Fantastic fast service with comfortable seating for our group of 10. The food was delicious and fresh. We enjoyed walnut shrimp, wings, house noodles, fried rice, teriyaki chicken, cream cheese wontons, and boba teas—all were delightful. The only feedback regarding the food is that the portions are slightly smaller than what I'm accustomed to from a local restaurant I frequent. Initially concerned about having enough due to the portion sizes, we ordered several entrees, which turned out to be just right.“

“My family has been going to Golden Chopsticks for at least over 20 years. Crazy thing is our ordering habits has stayed pretty much the same the whole time. We usually always get Salt & Pepper Chicken Wings, Honey Walnut Shrimp, House Special Noodles (beef, chicken, squid, shrimp), Shrimp with Lobster Sauce, Mongolian Beef and White Rice. Over the 20 years the food quality has always stayed the same and looking forward to coming here for another 20 years.“

“This place is a hidden gem for Chinese food! The food is always fast and freshly made. Everything is super flavorful, and very consistent. Whenever I'm craving Chinese food this is THE place I go to. They have a expansive menu, and prices are good for the portions you get! The inside is always clean and well kept. The service here is excellent, as everyone is really nice and attentive! My go tos are the Salt and Pepper Tofu, Veggie Lo Mein, and spicy eggplant! this time I tried out the Orange Chicken which was delicious! Next time you want authentic Chinese food, make sure you give them a try!“

“The wife and I just had lunch here. We had two lunch specials. Salt & Pepper wings and Kung Pao Chicken. We were greeted and sat immediately. The owner/chefs all said hello and goodbye, and we even got a table touch from who I can only assume was the owner. Great to see that happening. Wings great, hot and crunchy, savory and salty. Kung pao chicken had great flavor, my wife was a little disappointed that it wasn't spicy, but nothing a little chili oil couldn't fix. Chili was awesome. Really spicy. The also bring you wontons and sweet and sour sauce as a small appetizer before your meal. The portions were amazing. You get rice, wonton, and an egg roll. I had to take two boxes homes. After two wings and a few bites of kung pao chicken and rice, i was done.The whole dining experience was awesome. We will be back.“

“Disclaimer: I am from the east coast and west coast Chinese food does not taste the same to me.I only had their version of the salt & pepper wings and fried rice. Both tasted great. The chicken tasted better and was crispier, to me, than the more popular restaurant frequented by the military. The fried rice was flavorful and a good size for two people to eat.The restaurant was clean but was definitely out dated. Luckily I was there for the food not for interior design.CON: they accept cash only, limited parkingPRO: Good food, seems like a "local secret" so not super busy“

“I love Pho. I base the majority of opinion on the strength of the flavor of their soup. The stronger the flavor the less they rushed it when cooking it earlier. The portion was exactly like I like, not too much but definitely not too little. Ingredients were all good except the mint leaves look like there were used. Leaves were ripped in half and looked like it was picked on. Not saying it was but it had that appearance and they should know better. I had mine to go and it was wrapped up so I didn’t look inside. They gave out packets of the hoisin sauce and a packet of fake sriracha 1 each…that equals a loss of a star or it’s 5 easy.“

“Was in the mood for some hood Chinese food and being in National City this fit the bill.Location is in plaza, parking was decent.Clean and simple setup. Lady behind the counter was very nice, good service. Read some reviews and visually inspected the goods before picking.I went with one single item. Sweet and sour chicken. The flavor was on point but a lot of breading and hardly any chicken, point deducted.I'll be back to try some of the rest of the menu as it didn't look half bad.Price was fairly reasonable.“

This double meat combo is 8.99....what a deal. Not only is it a deal but the flavors are definitely better than Panda Express and only 3 min down the road. “This place is hided gem. We are visiting San Diego for a couple of days. Decided on Chinese food. Ma Noodle delivers so we took a chance. I’m glad we did. We ordered the Yang chow Rice, the salted chicken and the crispy shrimp. The food was great. The portions were big as well. It was enough for at least 3 people. I haven’t had Chinese food this good in very long time. Nothing overly or under seasoned. Great experience. Definitely recommend.“
