“National City & the South Bay area are quickly becoming a foodie paradise. This place is new to me but I really liked their menu options. We had a unique Sushi n Gone roll, some delicious soup & a nice side salad. Come early because parking is limited during peak hours. Family friendly tho they do serve beer. Great staff.“
“One of the best tasting pho in National City, The pho was packaged very well. It was prepared in a bowl with noodles and protein, and the soup was packaged separately from the container. Overall, it was very thought out. I would recommend dining in and / or take out.“
“I love Pho. I base the majority of opinion on the strength of the flavor of their soup. The stronger the flavor the less they rushed it when cooking it earlier. The portion was exactly like I like, not too much but definitely not too little. Ingredients were all good except the mint leaves look like there were used. Leaves were ripped in half and looked like it was picked on. Not saying it was but it had that appearance and they should know better. I had mine to go and it was wrapped up so I didn’t look inside. They gave out packets of the hoisin sauce and a packet of fake sriracha 1 each…that equals a loss of a star or it’s 5 easy.“
“This place is hided gem. We are visiting San Diego for a couple of days. Decided on Chinese food. Ma Noodle delivers so we took a chance. I’m glad we did. We ordered the Yang chow Rice, the salted chicken and the crispy shrimp. The food was great. The portions were big as well. It was enough for at least 3 people. I haven’t had Chinese food this good in very long time. Nothing overly or under seasoned. Great experience. Definitely recommend.“
“Let me tell you why I give 5 stars. The bread for the Bahn mi. Ive gone to waay to many places in San Diego that give you stale bread. Here they seem to toast it on the spot to maximize crispyness.Second, the broth for the pho actually has flavor, unlike most places ive been too.Third, good thai iced coffee. ( i do not personally like their boba) so its perfect without it for me.4th very reasonable prices considering the affects of post pandemic.“
“The food items were delicious, great selection of interesting dishes. The wine list was impressive (we’ve been to major wine areas all over the planet). However, what we were most impressed with was our server Olivia. She knew the menu items very well - could answer any and all questions that we had. She expressed herself very positively. Rather than ask “are you still working on that?”; she asked “are you still enjoying your meal?” Rather than reply to a thank you with “no problem” or “no worries”; Olivia replied with “my pleasure.” When we go back; we’ll make a point of asking for Olivia!!!“

“So pleasantly surprised by this place! We got the both XLB flavors, a couple of the dumplings, orange chicken and chicken chow mein. The noodles in the chow mein were slightly overcooked but that didn't take away from the flavor. All the dumplings were delicious and the orange chicken was some of the best I've had. Crispy and sweet but not overly sweet. We have picky kids and all of them devoured the food. Prices were fair and we are looking forward to returning! Service was great, waitstaff were nice and food came out quick!“

You can enter a waitlist.I waited for more than an hour, but I feel like it was worth it (I was veeeerry hungry though). I ordered the karaage (it was okay, I definitely had better), and the tonkotsu ramen. This came with a homemade chilipaste and some finely chopped garlic. I would highly recommend to add these to the ramen, because it really enhances the flavours, otherwise it is quite bland, but after the addition I slurped it up very quickly!Very kind staff!“

“Food is always on point and authentic. You can just smell it when you walk in that it’s the real deal. Absolutely love the taro milk tea here! The peanut sauce is the best - they add enough spice and flavor to it. They put effort in seasonal decorations, keeping the place neat, and just the overall atmosphere is nice. The faux chinese lantern lighting is absolutely adorable. Love the wide booth seating that draws your eyes to the built-in bookshelves in the back of the room, making this place look so chic and cozy at the same time. The music here gives me a chill lounge vibe: acoustic versions of famous songs without lyrics.Prices are a bit higher, but I think the quality of the food, service, and atmosphere is worth it!I had the Choo chee duck and it was delicious. I had my curry on the side, so the duck was on the dry side (crispy skin!), but it was great with the sauce, and you can be sure their rice was the right consistency :) The Thai tea was as expected! “Tried this new little cozy place in my neighborhood that just opened, and it did not dissapoint. Food was amazing all freshly cooked. I ordered to go and my family loved it. The Drunken noodles with beef and shrimp was my favorite dish. The yellow curry was very tasty. Thai fried rice was on point and the crispy veggie eggrolls were good. Highly recommend the eggplant with garlic sauce, probably the best eggplant I've had. The service is always quick and they staff is super friendly, the ordering is also self-service online vía a QR code which is convenient and easy to use.
