“Very happy to have Simply Pasta close by! Love the concept and the execution. Simple and customizable, very generous portions, good value, and--most importantly--fresh and delicious food! This is not like some fast casual joint where you sacrifice quality for price. Ordered takeout: - Penne with meat sauce, sausage, chicken, broccoli, mushroom. - Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken. - Fettuccine Alfredo with sun dried tomatoes, olives. - Seafoods Galore: linguine with clams, scallops, shrimp in white wine, garlic, and butter sauce. - Pistachio cannolis. - Fruit tarts. All the pasta was nicely cooked, but not al dente, if that's your thing. Maybe they can do it upon request. The scallops and shrimp were tender and perfectly cooked. Everything was tasty and well balanced in flavor. Nothing was too salty, sweet, greasy, hard, soggy, or dry. Really can't fault anything about the food, which is pretty rare for any kind of restaurant! The desserts were excellent as well and not an afterthought money grab. I love food and consider myself pretty discerning. I'm really quite impressed by Simply Pasta and look forward to coming here a lot. It feels like they put a lot of thought and care into their products and business. I hope they never change and stick around for a long time!“
“Walked in w/o a reservation to celebrate a birthday. Warmly greeted and accommodated. Spinach salad was delicious topped with homemade potato chips, creamy goat cheese and profuse amount of pancetta. The Capriccio pizza had great toppings of prociutto, artichokes, olives. Regretting became soggy while we ate. Portions are copious and each dish easily feed two. The bombilini donuts are DELICIOUS! Great atmosphere. Lively, but the tables were nicely pleased so conversation was not impacted. The wait staff was wonderful. I would only have liked tablecloths! That would have matched the quality of the food and service.“
“We are faithful diners at this local neighborhood cafe . The owner is always so cordial in his greeting of us and the staff always are so courteous and have smiles despite the busy atmosphere of this Valentine's dinner . The dedicated menu for the evening was sufficient to please the diverse palates ( though our friend who received the duck breast choice was a bit displeased because the slices were very thin and small compared to what was usually served to others ) but taste wise he said it was very good . The seabass and the lamb choices were delicious ... no complaints there !! We love this cafe and look forward to returning and ordering from their usual menu ( esp. the squid ink pasta which is a FAVORITE ♥️) I highly recommend this cafe for a dining choice ??“
“The atmosphere in this place is great, awesome beer selection, lots of TVs for sports, small game area for the kids and an overall great place for large gatherings. However, the pizza on multiple visits is just ok. We’ve tried the garlic chicken and a couple of others, maybe the appetizers are better, but so far it’s been hit or miss on the pizza choices.As our daughter gets older and goes through HS, I’m sure we’ll be back to try again.Does anyone have a recommendation as to what the best pizza or food option is at Porky’s?“

I can highly recommend "Last Stand" (Gin, Aperol, Prosecco & perchaud Bitters) or the blood orange mocktail.We had two homemade pasta dishes that were both really tasty (Bolognese & cacio et pepe) and finished with a tiramisu shared between the two of us.The tiramisu was served in a small bowl which sadly meant a high cream to ladyfingers ratio. “We walked in for weekend lunch without reservation and were seated right away. We ordered a Salsiccia pizza to share, along with prosciutto burrata and grilled octopus. The pizza wasn’t too salty, and the tomato sauce well-balanced with other ingredients. The most impressive part was the pizzas crust—it was soft and tender, reminiscent of pita bread (if that’s your thing), and we were quite satisfied. Prosciutto burrata was refreshing and worth ordering! But the octopus was too tough too chewy, I wouldn’t recommend it.Overall it’s a decent place to go if you’re craving pizza and Mediterranean food. Service is brusque and efficient but not particularly friendly or warm. The restaurant itself is usually very warm with the pizza oven running. When they say in their commercials when you're, hear you're family, they meant it! Their whole staff from the hostesses to the servers and management are very respectful and so pleasant. They always put a smile on your face with the interaction you get. The food comes out quickly and their managers walk around always asking, how's everything? I take notice and I love the way their team works together and help each other out serving their customers. They have a great system down and work very efficient . They're one of two restaurants that I can say that about from my experience. Their bathrooms are always decent for the most part and their restaurants are always clean with a welcoming decor and atmosphere. And as always their food is wonderfully delicious!???? In closing, we have always had a positive experience at all Olive garden locations, with this location being no exception. But it has been our favorite out of all of them thus far. “Been here many times. Great ambiance, especially their outdoor patio. Pizzas are delicious and so are their small plates and salads. Prices are slightly on the higher side but ok for Palo Alto e.g. two pizzas, a salad and a couple of drinks and tip is about $100. But the food is good and fresh. One of my Italian friends who's an amazing cook, swears that this is the most authentic Italian food in town!! Definitely try it - you won't regret it!!“
