Our favorites are the Popeye and Strawberry Croissant. The ambiance inside the bakery was really nice and everything is so clean. Also, the staffs were really nice! Would recommend!“

“Ok so I am pretty new to the Thousand Oaks area and have been on a hunt to find a great coffee shop. I’ve made a list and have tried a good amount of local shops but to be honest haven’t been too impressed compared to trying coffee in the deep of LA. I was craving a smooth expresso for some reason this Saturday night and decided to continue my search and figured I’d give California Coffee a try. It was a little hard to find because it’s tucked away in a cute little alley next to brewery’s and beautiful lights. I tried my classic iced vanilla latte and my barista who I didn’t get his name (had a pretty impressive beard) asked me how I liked my coffee which I have never been asked before. This coffee was elite, super smooth, and velvety. I LOVED IT. I will definitely be coming back and thank you to the kind bearded barista that made me such a great latte. Definitely come here if you are a coffee snob like me and looking for amazing expresso, a cute atmosphere, and superior service. :)“

“We went on a Sunday during the farmers market around ten AM. Our first time visiting. I ordered the cloud surfer coffee which tasted lovely and had the tuna sandwich. It tasted good but was dry. The fruit was excellent and the Tajin was a nice touch. My friend ordered the special berry toast which was slightly burnt. My sister ordered the scramble with no onions. It had to be remade because they included onion the first time. She's allergic. Most of the employees were thoughtful and kind. My sister burnt her mouth on her Chai. She told the employee with long blonde hair and glasses that the drinks are too hot and she got burned and the employees response was "yeah it's hot". Later she brought our other drinks to the table, and not only didn't greet us, but didn't even say which drink was which. She didn't say a word. Dropped the drinks and left. This is the type of employee to run your business into the ground. I wouldn't want her as my coworker either. I'm gonna give her the benefit of the doubt and say she was having a bad day. All the other employees were super helpful. I want to come back to try the tacos. Sitting outside is super nice. There's a QR code that you can order from and they bring your food to you. Super convenient. It is very busy at noon and parking is a mess due to the farmers market. Good for bike riders, families and yes you can bring your dog and sit outside. Thankful for this vegan cafe, despite the one person trying to ruin it for everyone else....“

“Seated quickly, wait staff were attentive and did not have us waiting long at all especially for it being Mother's Day. The food came out in a timely manner everything was delicious and nothing was missed from what we had ordered, kids enjoyed the food, we enjoyed the food especially the Chile Verde chilaquiles, and other delicious menu items, my husband ordered a plate of steak with their red enchilada sauce which was good but he said the Chile Verde sauce was better. Other than that everything was delicious, quick, friendly and clean! Definitely recommend!“

“As an Italian from NYC who grew up on the best pizza in Queens (Rosa’s), this is likely the best pizza in California, similar to a favorite of mine that closed in El Segundo - the Grimaldi’s pizza chain from Brooklyn. They have a great special before 4pm weekdays, $20 for a pizza pie and 2 real Italian ices.They however need to put in a major renovation on the seating area. Un frost the windows and add new booths and TV’s.And a minor issue they don’t toast the bread on heroes, something I never experienced before. They also need to set aside parking at the Italian ice store beside their place.“

“Came in today to order my favorite combo - the OTC French Toast with crispy bacon and eggs. Great place if you’re looking for breakfast in Camarillo. Whenever I have a morning off I love to come here for a meal and a nice cup of coffee. Great homey feeling and good customer service. Today Haley was my server and provided excellent customer service. Food came out fast, I was greeted by a friendly smile, and felt attended too the whole time. She even got my water to fill up before I noticed or asked. Thanks Haley and the whole OTC team! See you soon.“

“Great spot! I think they're Persian / Iranian. Would be great if they would add some Persian breakfast items to their menu and make the ambiance nicer. Also if they were open till late night it would have been a plus for everyone in Simi Valley who's looking to hangout somewhere late nights.“

“The wintermelon iced tea is AMAZING. I also love their super fruit tea, but last time I ordered it the chunks of mango were super tiny, more like a sprinkle than a chunk. However, that is not enough to make me upset with this place. I come here often and I always love what I get. Also the plushies are cute“

“This place is a hidden gem! It is hard to find a breakfast place that isn't overpriced in this area. The service was fast and the breakfast sausage burrito (the only thing I've had here) is good! It comes with pico de gallo and there is a station for a variety of hot sauces. For $9 plus tax, this is a good find!“

“Wow wow wow. Went to a Halloween party catered by Monrose. It was so fantastic I had to call the host and ask who she hired to do the food and she said Monrose was always amazing. I concur!! They served mini pizza appetizers, two types of pasta, meatloaf and so much more in a decadent, melt in your mouth comfort food spread that delighted meat eaters and vegetarians alike.“

“This is a nice cafe inside of Four Seasons. It's in a nice area. Only bad thing is parking, unless you do valet - which is not ideal if you are just ordering a coffee and a pastry and leaving. The service was quick and friendly each time I went (2x on the same day). The drinks are good and reasonably priced. The chocolate croissant was good. I would try it again when I am in the area.“

They have from Chile regenos to salmon to chicken to create your our pasta. Of course, every day is different.It’s buffet style but BETTER because it is prepared for you there. You want a veggie omelette 1st time, then 2nd serving you want meat omelette. Go for it. You eat it - you order it. It is not like a regular buffet where food is left. This is a very well organized, clean and great foods.It has salads and sandwiches for those with other eating habits. Ice cream and pastries until your tummy is full. My favorite, Coffee and soft drinks all you can drink.Please be kind and take all your plates and trash where it belongs. You walk-in and serve yourself.Staff is amazing and this is the college cafeteria. We take care of them. We are nice and polite. Visit and enjoy.Parking - please pay for parking. Parking is monitored.Hours for cafeteria start in August 2023.Contact cafeteria for hours of operation.Unfortunately, they are not open during the summer. “We have been going here for years now. The fun memories that were had eating amazing food and the good old water fountain. The food is great and there is something for everyone. They had great drinks and their frozen yogurt was so good. They are a great local business to support. If you want to call in a pick they are always on it and you never wait for your food. For a great lunch or dinner place this a great option! They have options for inside and outside sitting and they always have nice calm music on. I have never had to shout and talk loud to say something to my friends or family while eating.“

“The famous American style all-day brunch in town. Come here late at around 15:30 then it has changed to the dinner menu as the Benedict are no longer available. Tried the chicken pasta as the sauce is creamy while the chicken breast stripe is fully seasoned and cooked, it comes out to be a huge bowl. Tried the prime rib in the french dip as the rib slices are sauced while additional sauce is offered. I had to say the bread is not as crispy as I thought which comes out to be a soft one. The Tiramisu is great as the staff tells me they make it everyday at the store. It comes out to be a huge one, which makes me totally full but with much happiness. The staff are really welcome, offering the refill for the tasty lemon juice and always ask about my dining experience. Might come back for brunch next time!“
