First time at this amazing hidden gem! Several of my friends mentioned it but I always seem to think about it after they close. It is bakery, so the earlier the better. I ordered a few savory and a few sweet treats. The quiche was wonderful. Crust was fluffy and buttery. We had the caprese tart too. Le Hérisson is a quaint Japanese/French café that served very nuanced, delicious drinks and pastries that check the boxes of both their respective cultures. It's a melding of tastes that is both delicious and sublime. Hérisson means hedgehog in French, and sure enough, the animal is abound all over in this sweet nook. The drinks are excellent. My boyfriend and I went here on a weekday to try the Green Matcha Danish, Strawberry Croissant, and Popeye Egg-Bacon Spinach. Everything tastes amazing! Our favorites are the Popeye and Strawberry Croissant. The ambiance inside the bakery was really nice and everything is so clean. Also, the staffs were really nice! Would recommend!
