“We've been coming to this Donut shop for years. Very nice family who runs it. We love their croissant breakfast sandwiches, but of course their donuts are amazing. Perhaps they lack specialized or unique donuts, but if you want traditional this is the place. I highly recommend them as the best in town as far as price and quality.“

“Great coffee! I've been a couple times since the new owners have taken over and they just keep getting better! So far I've tried a couple drinks and they're good!! I will preface by saying I'm very particular about my espresso in my drinks but these are good to satisfy my sweet tooth as they are very sweet.Churro latte *not pictured*: OMG SO GOOD!!! It is on the sweeter side and the espresso was a little bitter but honestly that worked great as it balanced out the sweetened so I didn't mind. I loved the cinnamon sugar (crunchy bits) and honestly would go back every day for this drink.Concha Cold Foam *pictured below*: SO GOOD!! I have never tried cafe de olla and was pleasantly surprised at how much I liked it! The strawberry cold foam went great with the coffee and the complimentary concha was such a good pickup for this morning!I've been visiting conejo coffee since I was young but had been out off by the past service when the old owners were there. These last couple times have been great and super friendly! It's a cute small coffee shop with lots of comfortable seating and such a great cozy atmosphere.“

I’m often disappointed by avo toast at places or think it’s overpriced but it was definitely above my expectations here! Delicious and huge portions. The beans are perfectly roasted, and unusual menu items like Los Cubano (double shot with brown sugar and crema) and the Blueberry Lavender Latte are a real treat. “We went on a Sunday during the farmers market around ten AM. Our first time visiting. I ordered the cloud surfer coffee which tasted lovely and had the tuna sandwich. It tasted good but was dry. The fruit was excellent and the Tajin was a nice touch. My friend ordered the special berry toast which was slightly burnt. My sister ordered the scramble with no onions. It had to be remade because they included onion the first time. She's allergic. Most of the employees were thoughtful and kind. My sister burnt her mouth on her Chai. She told the employee with long blonde hair and glasses that the drinks are too hot and she got burned and the employees response was "yeah it's hot". Later she brought our other drinks to the table, and not only didn't greet us, but didn't even say which drink was which. She didn't say a word. Dropped the drinks and left. This is the type of employee to run your business into the ground. I wouldn't want her as my coworker either. I'm gonna give her the benefit of the doubt and say she was having a bad day. All the other employees were super helpful. I want to come back to try the tacos. Sitting outside is super nice. There's a QR code that you can order from and they bring your food to you. Super convenient. It is very busy at noon and parking is a mess due to the farmers market. Good for bike riders, families and yes you can bring your dog and sit outside. Thankful for this vegan cafe, despite the one person trying to ruin it for everyone else....“

“Ok so I am pretty new to the Thousand Oaks area and have been on a hunt to find a great coffee shop. I’ve made a list and have tried a good amount of local shops but to be honest haven’t been too impressed compared to trying coffee in the deep of LA. I was craving a smooth expresso for some reason this Saturday night and decided to continue my search and figured I’d give California Coffee a try. It was a little hard to find because it’s tucked away in a cute little alley next to brewery’s and beautiful lights. I tried my classic iced vanilla latte and my barista who I didn’t get his name (had a pretty impressive beard) asked me how I liked my coffee which I have never been asked before. This coffee was elite, super smooth, and velvety. I LOVED IT. I will definitely be coming back and thank you to the kind bearded barista that made me such a great latte. Definitely come here if you are a coffee snob like me and looking for amazing expresso, a cute atmosphere, and superior service. :)“

“I absolutely adore this Filipino style coffee shop!! I come here very often, trying new items from the menu each time. I especially recommend the chicken adobo, and the house favorite Filipino donut is super yummy(everything is freshly made as well) I am always pleased with the service. Even when the shop is busy I never have to wait long to get my order. Just a tip, I recommend ordering in store rather than ordering online because the online menu is being updated. “My daughter was suffering from abdominal pain and vomiting. I told the gentleman the symptoms my daughter was having, he selected several herbs. That day I made some tea for her. She came out and asked me what was in it because it took the nausea and pain away. She has a hiatal hernia but has managed to keep symptoms under control with herbal tea.“

“I really like their Vietnamese coffee. They're pricey but serve up really tasty drinks and the boba is very good. Highly recommend if you're in the area and don't mind splurging a bit. The regular size is quite large in size. They have a few tables where you can sit and work and free Wifi.“

“One of my favorite Donut shops in Thousands Oaks CA. This bakery is quite popular with the locals. . I began coming here in December 2021. The donuts are so ? DELICIOUS ? that you will be tempted to purchase a dozen !!. The average price for a ??? can set you back ?2.00-3.00. Trust me ...they are one of the best in this city. . Second they taste fresh ..and not too sugary or oily flavored. The couple who operate the shop are very friendly and the bakery is always clean. The store is situated in a shopping plaza... so it's first come, first serve..in regards to parking. You can also park on the curb corner or the office plaza next door after 5pm. They also sell coffee,cold drink's and lottery tickets. They stay open..until 7 or 8pm. The donuts they have are from glazed, bacon flavored,rice crispy, croissants,rolls, chocolate ??? , caramel, chocolate, chips and a variety. They have seating,,that fits about 5-9 people... Always fresh, always delicious across a wide spectrum of offerings, and very reasonably priced (this is no bougie Sidecar-esque joint, just outstanding, classic donuts). Parking is free and easy, the proprietors are nice, they're open long hours, I honestly can't think of a single negative thing about it. It's to the point where I find myself making excuses to come grab their donuts any time I can. “I dropped by here during my visit at Calamigos and it's such a cute spot! I loved how everything was vegan and it was so delicious. I would recommend my order, vanilla iced latte and croissant! I felt bad because there was only one barista and the shop was packed but she was super friendly and we were all patient with her. There was a cute sitting area around to enjoy & overall, if I'm in the area I would stop by again!“

“This is a nice cafe inside of Four Seasons. It's in a nice area. Only bad thing is parking, unless you do valet - which is not ideal if you are just ordering a coffee and a pastry and leaving. “So, I just discovered this little gem this morning. And it's so close to home! How have I never eaten here before!? They serve a warm piece of frosted pound cake that goes great with their coffee while you wait for your food. The food was delicious and the staff attentive. The inside is adorable (see photos). However, my one complaint would be that we went at a slower time (there were only a few patrons in the whole restaurant, including us) and several of the tables were dirty, and the hostess was sitting at the front counter on her phone ?(Kids these days). They have everything you’d expect from a boba shop, but also offer mushroom coffee and other unique drinks.The staff is very friendly and the prices are average, but the interior is pretty small and the service a a little slow, so it may not be your best option if you’re in a hurry.Overall, the tea flavors are very good and will leave you wanting to go back for more.“

“One of my friends had been recommending that I try Philz Coffee so this spot had been on my mind for awhile. This coffee shop is just a tad hidden from the main drag but upon putting it in my GPS it was pretty easy to find. This coffee shop does get busy. I came around 1:30pm and there was still a good line so just be patient with the crew as it seems to be a popular spot. The inside was welcoming and it was easy to follow the signage to get into a line. The seating inside is semi limited but it was cozy. They had plenty of outdoor tables which was nice. A lot of people were inside on their laptops getting to work, had that quintessential coffee shop atmosphere. The menu here is fun because their iced drinks are just truly unique. I feel like the coffee combinations and pictures really seal the deal in making me want to purchase their stuff because it was really hard to narrow down my coffee order. Normally I'd be inclined to order their mint mojito drinks but I came on a cloudy cold day so went with a hot latte, I ordered the Philtered Soul which was a hot hazelnut latte with extra cream and sugar added to make it "the house way". This had to be one of the best lattes I've ever had. The drinks here are A+ in originality, taste, and presentation. I really like their coffee cups as the lids are almost transparent. For food I was skeptical but went with their sausage breakfast burrito. I will have to say for a fast coffee shop burrito it was totally tasty and filling. I was impressed as it definitely exceeded my expectations. I'd recommend their breakfast here over the big competitors burritos any day. It had good flavor and was a decent size. If you're in a pinch and need something to eat the burritos here will do you just fine. Lastly I want to give 5 stars to the staff and service. The people that work here are extremely nice and professional. I liked that even when they were busy they still made eye contact with every customer to acknowledge them and to tell them that they would be with them in a minute. Even when you'd get up to the register they'd acknowledge you between making drinks. Like I mentioned before the day I came was pretty busy, they did a good job communicating with the customers, they gave a heads up that they were backed up on drinks and if everyone was okay with waiting it could take up to ten minutes for your order to come out. Everyone in line stayed, so I think that's a testament that good communication can go a long way and that the drinks are worth waiting for. I was still pretty impressed with how quick they were with getting out orders despite being busy. I really only waited about five minutes from the time I paid for my order and grabbed a spot to sit down. The staff here rock and they deserve your business (and a nice little tip). I can tell I'm going to be a big Philz fan if their drinks and service are going to be this consistent. Definitely give this spot a try, a great coffee shop addition to the 805.“

“One day I was driving along the freeway on my way to oxnard and suddenly I craved a bagel and found this one on line. It was getting close to their closing time so they had run out of bagels. At first I was a bit bummed but then they said they had an onion bialy. I gotta say I am so happy they ran out of bagels as the bialy was AMAZING! He went to counter to explain and the lovely lady and another lady with cool multi colored hair said no problem and corrected the situation and made his coffee and breakfast with a smile. We just showed the phone and they went to work. This was so kind. Mine was ordered correctly and at right place and it was perfect. Great start to our morningWent this morning for drinks and a ham and cheese crossiant. It was barely 6am. The pastry was hot and we ate some while waiting for our coffees. We need caffeine today so we both had six shot drinks with 4 regular and 2 decaf we understand making 12 shots takes a few minutes. No problem. The drinks were fine and overall a decent experience. They have a drive through as well as we just walked in the pouring rain there. They were discussing who would make the drinks which was a little strange however. “On our drive to Los Olivos we stopped by to get coffee. I found this on Yelp. It's a spacious beautiful cafe serving lots of interesting drinks. We kept it simple cause we just stopped by to get coffee. I ordered a cold brew with easy milk and my husband got drip coffee with steamed milk. The coffee here tastes amazing, it's organic and has low acidity. My kind of coffee. Service was friendly and fast. I'll add this to my favorites for sure and try other drinks in the future. We drive north a lot so it will be a good spot for us to take a break.“

“Crossroads Starbucks at Lewis and Las Posas is my favorite due to the awesome baristas and the location. It gets pretty busy though because it is right by Rancho Campana HS and at the bottom of Upland Rd. It's a very convenient spot unless it's packed.“

“I stopped this Starbucks inside Target today since I was already coming to Target to pick up my order. This Starbucks is not that big like the rest of Starbucks in other Target store. When I came in the morning, they only had 1 barista working. I got the grande Mango Dragonfruit and asked for light ice. You save a little if you pay with your Target Red Card so be aware of that. It didn't long for my drink to come out and he actually filled my drink to the top with less ice. Some barista will give you less of the drink just because you asked for light ice.
