We had spent the day at the beach for our grandson's 5th birthday and then after a nice dinner at a nearby Thai restaurant we headed to Balboa Island to walk off some calories. We found a place to park (amazing, I know...) and walked around admiring the scenery and enjoying the cool evening. Then we got Balboa Bars for the entire group. Visitors can't leave Balboa Island without trying a frozen banana or Balboa bar. I opted for the frozen banana covered in chocolate, rainbow sprinkles and toasted almonds. It was a nice afternoon treat with the most of sweetness coming from the banana. There was a long line at another store and Too Sweet was quicker and did not disappoint. I also purchased six truffles which was reasonably priced. The chocolates were excellent. The shop is clean and bright.

This little shop is so cute, they have frozen yogurt with topping of your choice, candy apples, and chocolate galore. The chocolate is so good. I definitly reconmend. Parking is a little difficult because of all the people and you have to park on street but trust me it is worth it. Prices are great.
