“What a gem in nipomo! The food was 10/10 & service was 12/10! You can tell they all get along and work well together! We were dining late and wanted dessert so said we could take it to go but they insisted on us having it there and that they were not in a rush to close. We will definitely be back!“

We ordered to go quesabarrilla tacos (edit, barillia tacos on DoorDash aren’t the same as the quesa barillia we ordered in the restaurant so be aware of that) and I can’t even express how delicious they were. We’ve had them many places and they were hands down the best we’ve ever had. There was even rice at the bottom of the consume that we scooped up with chips and ate it that way. The restaurant has a really nice patio that we probably would have enjoyed if it wasn’t raining and it was very clean. They have a salsa bar with a lot of options as well. Best Mexican restaurant in town by far! We can’t wait to go back and try more dishes.“

“Our favorite spot for Mexican in the five cities. The ceviche & tostadas are authentic & delicious. The shrimp soup is spot on. I also like their asada plate, can’t go wrong with their in house hot sauce. Oh! And the micheladas aren’t from a bottle, made fresh. Highly recommended.“

I dined in both times I visited, and the quality of the food and sides is amazing. Grilled cactus and onions, salsa choices ranging from medium to quite hot, and a wide range of side veggies. It's definitely a popular place, and the steady flow of people is testimony to their quality. They were grilling a bunch of chicken the first time, and it got smoky inside until someone opened a door. My house special burrito had both carne asada and al pastor inside, and everything was perfectly cooked and assembled. I blended two salsas and loved it all. My second visit a week later was equally enjoyable and slightly more expansive. I'd like to try something from the mariscos menu in the future. Until then, go here and try a new take on old favorites.“

“I grew up on this I'm currently 13. It's delicious. I love the pineapple rice and sticky rice with mango and coconut sauce. Drinks are delictable. This is Michelle's oldest daughter, Serina by the way. “I placed the order via Doordash but driver explained that contents leaked, when she opened the bag it looked like the 2 lids that the extra soup had exploded. Only thing I can figure was that the soup was extra hot and the lids being thin cracked and forced the liquid out into the bag. The Doordash associate reported it and they sent another order.With the 2nd order everything looked great, the chicken was a little tough, I mixed the vegetables and I just couldn't get that ramen soup taste. Veggies were good, noodles were okay, but just wasn't great, maybe I needed to eat it at the restaurant. Will have to check out the other meals they have.“
