The short answer is, yes. The longer answer;I was in the neighborhood getting some auto repairs done and got hungry. My repair man recommended this place. Ordered the steak sandwich. The one with no cheese had more tomatoes and onions than meat.. onions were not caramelized like the menu said.. when I paid the price was different from the menu.. paid cash and the person there came to get my check came back and said if I had the change so I gave him the coins then he came back stating one of the bills were ripped and to give him another..
