“Place has a total revamp and upgraded feel to it. You can tell the guys that run it care. Makes good food and good vibe, great area they cook outside sometimes and it smells great ? try it out, really got that Local Burbank feel Traditional food with Eastern Flavor and care.“
“Great food and costumer service. Such a hidden gem and deserves more hype, sad they took of fried rice but love that you can always come back with a great experience? also great breakfast options and really affordable pricing. Def would eat here again.Kid-friendliness: Love how the kids breakfast comes with a little animal face also such a nice family environment.“
“First I want to say that the customer service was on point! I felt welcomed and heard which is a big deal. I don't eat meat - just fish and when I told the guy making my food that, he was so nice about changing his gloves and taking the precautions that made me feel comfortable. That's a big deal for me because there are places that are very rude and take offense to me addressing their cross contamination practices. Anyway for the food, my wrap was so delicious! It tasted fresh and had a lot of veggies which I appreciate. It also came with some garlic fries which I wasn't expecting and they were bomb! I got a wrap and fries for $13 bucks smh that's unheard of this day and time AND it was delicious and fresh... I will definitely be back!! Only thing I wish I had was some spicy tahini sauce to pour on my wrap, that would have been a game changer forreal.“
“Excellent kabobs, probably the best I've had in LA in the 5 years I've lived here. It's located in the middle of a residential area, and I had heard about it from so many people so I had to finally try it. I got the beef and chicken combo plate, and the meat was very tender and full of flavor. There isn't really a place to sit down and dine unless you want to sit at the one table out front, it seems like more of a takeout spot. The staff is INCREDIBLY friendly. A true " your friendly neighborhood" type of feel. I really appreciated that.I will add that they are very popular, so I would recommend calling in your order in advance for pickup to save yourself what could be a 1-2 hour wait. Much easier to then just go pick it up when it's ready.Parking: It's located in the middle of a residential area, so you have to find parking along the street. Alternatively, there is a shopping plaza about half-a-block away, and you could just quickly park there if you're picking up.“
“Unbelievable marinated beef ribeye! We had a terrific meal on Easter chowing down the beef ribeye that we grilled.I felt like royalty after eating at Haigs. Now I know why I have been hearing such positive things about this place. Will definitely be back! ???“
“Food here was excellent! This was my first time trying Armenian food and gosh it was super good ! Service was good and the time to wait for food was pretty quick as well! The food itself is absolutely delicious. The place itself is a little small but regardless very clean and subtle. Highly recommend this place !“
“I LEFT IRAN WHEN I WAS 12 YEARS OLD IN 1978. UNFORTUNITLY 1978 WAS THE LAST TIME I EAT MY GRANDMOTHERS COOKINGSHE MADE MY FAVORIT STEW, OVER THE YEARS MY MOTHER MY SISTER AND FINALLY MY WIFE MADE MY FAVORIT STEW BUT NONE OF THEM TASTED LIKE MY GRANDMOTHERS STEW. UNTILL FOURTY SOME YEARS LATER, FIRST TIME TRIED SAME STEW AT LAZIZ GRILL, FIRST SPOON FIRST TASTE OF THE SAME STEW TOOK ME BACK TO ME BACK TO MY GRANDMOTHERS KITCHEN. I REALIZED THAT LADIES AT LAZIZ GRILL ARE FROM SAME AREA OF NORTHERN REGION AS MY GRANDMOTHER.I CONSIDER MYSELF A VERY LUCKY PERSON TO KNOW TWO BEAUTIFUL GIFTED LADIES ARE WITH IN MINUTES AWAY FROM ME AND I CAN GET MY FAVORIT STEW. A GIFT FROM HAVEN TO US ATLEAST THEY ARE GIFT TO ME. I AM GREATFUL AND THANK YOU LADIES.“
“Good food, they charge for every little thing like if you want a little hummus in your wrap. But otherwise is seems reasonably priced. The place next door was having an event and people were smoking outside. Was annoying because we were sitting outside, but that is not the fault of the owners of this place.Vegetarian options: They have falafel and grilled veggies. Falafel were ok, chicken is much better. But obviously chicken is not veggie.Parking: Glendale can suck for parking. There’s a city lot nearby. Will cast you $1.50/hour.“
“The food was amazing, we got the beef and chicken lule kabobs, both were phenomenal. This place was spotless, the staff was friendly and extremely accommodating. I had a last minute change to my order and they made the change no problem. We brought two noisy and messy babys with us and they were great with the babies! They gave us complementary lentil soup too! Extraordinarily kind, great service and delicious food!!!“
“This is a spectacular restaurant. Stopped to check it out. I tried to figure out what I wanted online so I could call it in. I failed I had to walk in cause everything on the menu looks amazing. I had the BBQ chicken salad and that is a 11 out of 10. Wow just wow mind blowing good :)“
“1st time eating here , I came with one of my coworkers and all I can say the guy who helped us is very nice, prepared our dishes very fast, I had the lula kabob wrap, huge wrap btw and very delicious I couldn't finish all, just half, my coworker got the combination kabob, I'm looking forward to go again , I highly recommend this placeParking: Is a small parking lot , plus is not parking only for magma, there are other shops“
“Took a take out after reading their reviews and a long day at universal studios. The portion was a lot but the chicken was dry not soft and juicy unlike other Mediterranean joints.Their chicken wraps were good though. We were visiting the studios so stopped here on last day for dinner take out.“
“I’ve eaten here a few times, both dine in and delivery. The kebabs are always amazing. The spice mix is truly incredible. If you dine in, you make an order on a mobile site (via a QR code on the table) that lets your whole party add to the order and see what everyone else has ordered — it’s very convenient for a full table where you plan to eat family style!“
“3/5/2024- We are from San Diego and we were passing by and found this hidden gem ?We came around dinner time and we had the entire place to ourselves ♥️?We ordered some delicious plates .We started with some falafel and some lentil soup ?We all got combination plates with rice and salad ?.The beef one was so soft and fire ?The chicken was delicious ?And Chicken schmarma was delicious! The pita bread was original and deliciousDefinitely recommend this place“
“Ordered thru delivery app. Tried the 1.5lb beef with tripe/assorted veggies hot pot with chicken gizzard and quail eggs skewers. Hot pot broth was clean and flavorful. Didn't come with any sauces. I decided to order from this place because they had bunmoja (noodle like rice cake mochi?). I've been wanting to get my hands on them to try since I love chewy texture. Had good amount of meat and would definitely order here again.“
“Fantastic shawarma with a rich flavor! Visited this place and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the shawarma. Every ingredient was fresh and crispy, and the blend of spices simply captivated my taste. Will definitely come back here again!“
“We are visiting from Montreal where we are used to good food and fine cuisine. I did some research and wanted to try an authentic Persian restaurant with my family. My daughters and I were greeted warmly by the lovely hostess and within minutes the owner, Ali came to welcome us! He is a warm charming man and treated us to the most amazing Gheimeh Bademjoon with Tadig on the house. We had the Kabeb Kobideh and the boneless chicken and Ghormeh Sabzi. They were all exceptionally good and the service was top notch. It was lovely to be in a Persian restaurant with the warmth that is typical of the culture! We now have a favorite place in LA!! Thank you Ali!!!Parking: Easy Parking in surrounding paid lots“
“I'm glad this tasty, family-run restaurant is in my Los Feliz neighborhood. Happy that they've expanded their menu because the Persian Armenian food is delicious. Never had a bad meal, and never had anything but friendly service. Solid, un-pretentious, and relaxed. I dig it.“
“I wanted to try the chicken Kabob wrap, but unfortunately they had ran out. I did try the chicken breast wrap and OMG it was a long wrap. I'm not complaining it looked so good & the taste matched the appearance as well. The wrap was very delicious along with a sauce that they give you. I forgot to take a pic, but next time I'll for sure post one. As for the service the men working there were very nice & attentive. If you're hesitant to stop this is your sign to give it a try!“
“I’m from Saudi Arabia ?? and I know the Mediterranean food very well. Believe me this is the best Mediterranean food I’ve ever eaten in United States ??. Thank you Alex for the good service and the smile, you’re the best GL for u man!“
“This place used to b our Union 76 gas station in the hood old mid eighties and now it’s a Mediterranean restaurant, I took the Salmon plate and my wife the Beef Kabob, friendly service and this place is so clean u could eat from the floor!!!!We’ll b back since we live close by!!!“
“My go-to for takeout, but there is an inviting dine-in area with enough space for a few tables. The customer service is consistently swift; my phone orders are ready upon my arrival. The pricing is appropriate, offering generous portions. My usual half-and-half combo (chicken and beef) includes rice, hummus, pita bread, and a refreshing salad. Although I tend to forget to swap the salad for fries, another diner had them on their plate and they looked so yummy. Every element is expertly seasoned, resulting in consistency.“
“I have visited today Sevans Garden Kebab House and had an amazing experience! From start to finish, everything was perfect. The food was incredibly fresh and delicious, and I enjoyed every bite. The atmosphere of the restaurant was also really nice - it felt cozy and welcoming. But what really stood out was the excellent service I received from the staff. They were attentive and friendly throughout my meal, which made my experience even more enjoyable. Overall, I would highly recommend Sevans Garden Kebab House to anyone looking for delicious food and great service. I give it a 5-star rating without hesitation!“
“The food is delicious. My order is the Kefta plate & Love the style of pita. I assume this is a family owned business because the people who take your order treat you like an old friend or a family member in the best way. They show their customers so much love. & I walk out feeling like these are good people, doing all they can for others. I totally recommend & will be back for more Kefta.“
“Mike was super friendly, very helpful & charismatic! Great customer service skills, thanks for the salad recommendations & thanks for bringing the flavor Rudy! Also turn of events, Sean chased & rescued a lost dog in the streets of Burbank. Way to save the night & regain the missing down to its rightful owner :)Parking: N/aKid-friendliness: N/a“
“Now this place really hit it out of the park! The food was amazing the kebab, hummus, and tabouli were on point! The owner is a sweet heart! if you're in the Glendale area they also have a location there as well and they're both equally as good as each other. The owner runs them very well and I really enjoy the food. It's actually very well priced and it's a good deal for the money I love the place and you will like it as well. I highly recommend it“
“It was late mid week, and I had read the reviews and thought I would try their cuisine, so I ordered online, and it was effortless, and I received a discount for using their online service. The ambiance was fresh, clean, and friendly. My meal (Gyro & Lamb kabob) was fresh, tasty, and delicious, and every bite was a savory delight. I would suggest visiting Lemón Zest café, I know I will!“
“Decent food for the price. We got the chicken bowl, one with rice and hummus the other with lettuce and cucumber yogurt. Both were tasty and kept us full until dinner. The hummus was good and was not too strong with any one flavor. The chicken was seasoned well and moist. The yogurt was not too bitter and the cucumber gives a nice crunch. This is a great place to get a grab and go lunch.“
“We have been ordering food from Kabab and More for over 27 years. Not only personal dishes, but we order her catering services too. The owner, Rubina, is the absolute sweetest person we've ever dealt with in the food industry. Her food is always absolutely delicious, so fresh, spiced very well, not salty and always served with a friendly face and big smile. We have tried every dish and they're just all equal in the best Mediterranean cuisine flavor and the prices are very comparable to other Mediterranean restaurants. This restaurant is an absolute MUST-TRY!!!“
“This is a gem place located in Tujunga city. It's a nice and cozy family owned restaurant with an amazing service and the best Armenian food. The staff was so friendly and helpful, they assisted me with a selection for my catering. All my guests loved the food; they provide very high quality and freshly prepared dishes. Loved all their cold and hot dishes, including the bbq. My kids are picky eaters and they tried all the appetizers and liked everything. Even their veggies were well prepared with good seasoning and crispiness. This is my new to go place for any big or small parties. We often order to go lunches for work or corporate events and they never stop amazing us with the service. Big thanks to the owner, Jerry, who always makes us feel welcomed.“
“Excellent from start to finish. Cozy little bistro serving excellent grilled meats and Mediterranean sides. The lamb chops were tasty, tender and flavorful especially when paired with the smoky velvety babaganoush. The chicken shawarma wrap was also a hit as was the succulent salmon.“
“The Guobao Pork is delicious; the colorful pulled pork is also good, but a bit sweet; the barbecue tastes good, but a bit expensive! The store is not big, so you will most likely have to queue up; the food is served quite quickly; the two of them ate over 100“
“I ordered the falafel wrap combo and the falafel and hummus and both were absolutely delicious! The wrap was very filling, the falafel was super tasty, and the tahini sauce was amazing! Will definitely order from here again. Super yummy! :)“
“I don’t think I’ve ever left a review before but this place is sooooo gooood!!!! Had this for delivery and everything from the hummus, chicken shawarma plate and the beef shawarma wrap were amazing!! Really fresh and great flavors :))) highly recommendDelivery: Yes“
“I was in town visiting family and I was asked to go pick up kebab that my uncle had ordered. Living in the valley we don't have too many Armenian stores so I enjoyed browsing through until our food was ready. They have a wide assortment of produce, canned goods, imported items, pretty much anything one might need. The staff was friendly and efficient. Our food was very tasty and fresh, everyone enjoyed it. Bought a few items to take back home as well.“
“What a gem this find is! The lamb gyro was delicious, tender and the condiments were super fresh. Their homemade (?) sauces were excellent and allowed everyone in my party to customize the heat, from the wimp (me) to the fire eater. Don't over look this place!“
“Skewer place with an interesting concept. Self bbq setup is unique and convenient. Great for satisfying cravings. Meat quality is fresh and seasoning is good. But it takes some time for the skewers to cook and there’s limited space. So it might not be a good option for large parties. What I love the most about this place is that they have the most authentic cold noodles I have had. Natural, flavorful broth with chewy soba noodles. Refreshing and delicious.“
“This place was a last minute find for a work dinner. I would not have known it was a chain with multiple locations. It had a very cozy family atmosphere. We enjoyed dinner outside on the partially enclosed sidewalk patio under the pub lights and cozy heaters on a cool spring night. We started with the hummus trio and some warm toasted pitas then, everyone in our party had a kebab plate (one had shrimp, one had beef and one had chicken) we all appreciated that they had removed the skewers before serving. The kebabs were served with choice of rice or bulgur pilaf and a choice of salad. I personally had the chicken kebab with brown rice and the avocado salad. The salad was dressed with an abundance of lemon and the rice was perfectly salted. I ended up mixing the salad and rice together to balance out the acid profile of the salad for my palate. The portions were great and everyone was super satisfied. The chicken was so juicy. Our waiter was attentive and polite and there was a good bit of traffic for pickup orders and dine-in customers during our meal. Overall, if you're in Downtown LA this is a great dinner spot! (Note that I did not go inside so I cant comment on the decor or ambience indoors)“
“Staff are always friendly, food is so good..very fresh. Was surprised to find they are an expanding chain! Food quality is way better than what you would expect from a chain, this is more like a local best-kept-secret spot. Wish them all the luck and keep serving that good good!“
“Stopped by for a quick lunch bite.Great customer service and also such a tasty meal ordered a lamb chops plate and a side of hummus. There was only 3 lamb chops, :( wished there was more since they were delicious however we'll come back for more lol We recommend this one ? the dish came with all the condiments“
“This restaurant offers a delightful blend of Persian and Italian recipes, creating a unique culinary experience. The combination of flavors is well-executed, and both the price and quality of the dishes align seamlessly. The restaurant's convenient location in the heart of Century City Mall adds to its appeal. Fast service and a pleasant ambiance make it a solid choice for those seeking a diverse and satisfying dining experience.“
“Get the lamb chops, Oh what a minute, get the pork chops...wait, get the Armenian Burger...I have not had anything that was not tasty in this place. The owner and staff have been nothing but awesome to me! They do need to change the prices of the food to the correct price. (Only reason for the 4 star review, I would have given them a 5 if the prices reflect the menu price)“
“When you first walk in and check out the menu, prices look a bit too high. But when you get your food, you see why. Bigger portions. It's pretty tasty food. Would recommend this restaurant. I came here during the week. Cozy little spot to Unwind after a long day. Sat at a stool table near the window, I watched the mesmerizing sunset and t.v. with chill music as I enjoyed my rotisserie chicken sandwich with a bit of fries and a drink. ?✨️??“
“I can't say enough nice things about this place, the food is delicious, the people are very friendly. I like to come here on my lunch break because I work across the street, it's just plain wonderful! I always get the chicken kabob with rice tzatziki I'm a small salad. You can't go wrong with anything on“
“Being from Chicago and living in California has been really hard to find pizza we like, this restaurant has amazing pizza. It's not Chicago style. It's, its own Persian /Italian style and it's amazing every single seasoning and spice you can taste all the flavor comes through the food every-time we've come here we've loved every single thing we've gotten the staff has amazing service! the flatbread is, incredible beyond words.“

“The food was extremely delicious, the fries were fresh and well done. The kabob wraps were very good too especially with the homemade sauce. The Antonian family was extremely nice and offered me free dessert and more food. The hospitality was extremely nice and I felt very welcomed there like if I was apart of the family.“
“the food is excellent and the process is convenient. Simply placing an order 20 minutes in advance ensures your meal is ready on time. The friendly staff adds to the positive experience, ensuring your orders are always accurate. Happy dining!“
“This is a hidden gem. These guys are super friendly, accommodating, and provide amazing service. The food is superb and it reminds me of some of the famous food trucks in the plethora of other countries that I've visited. The prices are fair and the amount of food you get for that price is astounding. Great work guys.“
