EAT is a tiny breakfast/ lunch restaurant but the food is amazing. I went there with my friends a bit ago and I had the Salmon omelet. I love salmon but never tried it in an omelet. The manager, Theresa, came to greet us at the hostess stand and took us to our table. I asked for good recommendations and this was one of the items she referenced. My GAWD it was delicious! Place is small - the food and service is top tier. Had a delicious breakfast and coffee. The Peanut Butter French Toast - WOW - Perfect. Mexican coffee is on point. Go - bring your friends… you will be glad you did.

The server was really friendly and polite. The manager, who I overheard talking to grumpy customer, seemed really cool. The food was good, portions were pretty good too and the prices were fair. The environment was just a bit cramped. Oh and their music was awesome, I shazamed like 5 songs.
