I never write bad reviews but today I am compelled to do so. I purchased the 28 day IGNITE program which is supposed to be an uninterrupted 28 day supply of healthy food for cleansing and weight loss. Anyone who has ever done one of these programs (my first) knows that to get optimal results you have to stick to the program without any change. #1 DO THIS CLEANSE #2 DO NOT even think twice about the cost of it, if you really do the math on what you spend on food (including your TIME shopping for it and preparing it) it's a STEAL. #3 I did the 28 day IGNITE and lost FIFTEEN POUNDS (and didn't up my activity) #4 Whomever makes their sauces/salad dressings is a flavor god #5 One of my favorite take away's from this was really knowing portion sizing as compared to calories in food. I can't say enough great things about Klean. The food is incredibly healthy and SO delicious. More importantly, the team is amazing. I emailed the support contact because I have food allergy issues, and they responded immediately and accommodated everything so that I could have meals that were safe to eat. They were so helpful and everything still tasted fantastic. Couldn't recommend them highly enough!
