My go-to spot to grab a quick coffee in the mornings. It seems that recently, they have had a new staff change, and the drive thru has taken a downgrade. Where I would avarage about 5-6 mins to order and pay, it's now taking more than 10 minutes to just order. I usually wouldn't share my dissatisfaction with huge chain restaurants like McDonalds, but I'm stuck in this line, so I got some time. My advice is, don't count on the drive-thru for a speedy transaction.
