I just discovered your Nordic Snack Cod Jerky Bites and am pleased to add them to my keto regimen! My favorite way of eating them (so far) is to brown for a minute in the toaster oven and then top with softened butter, as per your suggestion, and a pinch of finishing salt: a coddy Melba toast cracker. 😋🐟🧈
I purchased Salmon and Tuna from Nordic catch. By far the best seafood I have ever purchased. Salmon was outstanding color, taste, freshness. Tuna was sushi/ sashimi grade, out standing!!! Highly reccomend Nordic catch for people looking to upgrade their seafood purchase. It really makes a difference.
